  1. Not only immersive, but addictive. Once quest has begun, it will be near-impossible to put the controllers down until Link and Midna have saved the day.
  2. Without a doubt the best Zelda title ever.

An excellent addition (and homage to "Ocarina") to the franchise, and you'll have an enormous amount of fun playing it from start to finish. Get over the fact that the Wii's hardware is simply not as powerful as the other next-gen machines and get into the fact that Twilight Princess is one of the best games you'll play this year.

The greatest Zelda game ever created and one of the best launch titles in the history of launch titles – second only, perhaps, to the at-the-time ground-breaking "Super Mario 64." It is also one of the finest games I have ever played.
  5. 94
It might not be the utterly revolutionary Zelda title that we all expected and its not without its faults, but one thing is clear: Twilight Princess is worth the Wii's price tag alone, even if the fishing does put you at risk of a coronary.
  6. The new control scheme is beautifully integrated into the game, and it feels perfectly natural to start waving your hand like a maniac whenever danger approaches.
  7. Fans of the series will be delighted by the recurring themes, but may be soured by a strong sense of repetition.

This game has a very interesting story, aside from a soundtrack that is surprisingly good to be synthetic. The gameplay is a lot of fun, also. I love the dungeons this game offers (except City in the Sky), since they have very clever puzzles that really make you think. The 7 Hidden Sword Skills you learn are very useful in combat and offer various ways to kill enemies. The horseback combat is tricky to master, but later it becomes really fun to do. The sidequests are very interesting, and the Cave of Ordeals is really good in order to practice for combat. However, I still wish the bosses were harder and items got more uses. But this are really minor flaws in comparison to the rest of this masterpiece. It's IMO Nintendo's greatest game yet, and I really hope it gets more appreciated by the Zelda fans. Expand

I never thought I'd be fortunate enough to live to see a game that surpasses every bar set by previous games. I picked it back up a few years later, and I am SO happy I did. I love the fighting system, puzzles (most of the time), and bosses. The unique items make the game better, too. Getting stuck in the game sucks, though. Overall, a really fun experience for any Zelda fan to play. Expand

The world is lifeless, there is a ridiculous amount of backtracking, and the wolf portions force you to meticulously explore an entire area before you can actually get anything from it, meaning you have to do it all over again once you revert back to human form. It is by far the worst mainline Zelda game. It lost all the charm that previous entries had. Expand
