Except for the new intro anime sequence, there's nothing particularly interesting in ZoE HD Collection if you already played the games on PS2. If you never played them instead, it's surely a solid game with good controls and a nice anime feeling, but it didn't age quite well.- MondoXbox

PayDay 2 sports an interesting concept but it isn't flawless: bad graphics and a very inappropriate AI keep it from showing its true potential. You should consider it only if you've got three friends to play with.- MondoXbox

While not being a revolutionary shoot'em up, thanks to a precise and compelling gameplay, high variety and an infinite replayability Raiden V is a great bullet hell shooter that lovers of the genre shouldn't miss.- MondoXbox

The Crew Motorfest manages to entertain with an incredible range of vehicles, beautiful scenery and a large number of races, but the sense of déjà vu compared to Forza Horizon 5 is constant and it should have dared more to escape from the shadow of Playground Games' title. Too bad, also, for some choices that undermine its essence, such as the inclusion of more simulative elements in a purely arcade context or the impossibility of using our own vehicles in playlist races.- MondoXbox

Destiny stays quite enjoyable as long as it has something new to offer, but this ends rather soon leaving us with a well-crafted repetitive shooter and a disappointing story. The lacklustre competitive multiplayer doesn't help either, so it won't probably be what will keep players attached to the game. Here's hoping Bungie will keep the game relevant by constantly adding new events that won't simply be fighting more of the same enemies in the same environments.- MondoXbox

Bloodius Games packs a mature work, visceral in its telling us about the slow descent into the abyss of human madness, framing Luke's journey as one of the darkest and most intriguing experiences in the horror landscape in recent years. MADiSON is a macabre dance of pure anguish and wonder, which, barring some smearing or abuse of cliché, is recommended for anyone looking for a mature and never trite horror experience.- MondoXbox

Everyone who watched the 80's Transformers cartoons will surely appreciate Platinum Games' new game, but once the nostalgia effect wears down some issues like a short story and too repetitive gameplay will emerge. Thanks to its nice graphics and tight gameplay it's however a suggested buy, maybe at a budget price.- MondoXbox

DiRT Showdown is a pleasing arcade take on the classical rally franchise, with the great technical production Codemasters used us to. Nevertheless, it lacks some spice expecially if played alone, ending up to be recommendable mainly to people willing to play an immediate and entertaining racer with friends.- MondoXbox

A good adventure, with nice story ideas and lots of fan service for the lovers of Capcom's saga. Its episodic structure gets in the way of a more fluid gameplay rhytm and its graphics disappoint on Xbox One, but it's surely a suggested buy for Resident Evil fans.- MondoXbox

Kerbal Space Program amazes for the great freedom given to the player and the highly accurate physics simulation, but it unluckily stumbles on the porting aspect, with very uncomfortable controls and lots of bugs.- MondoXbox

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition confirms the original game's pros like the great combat system and compelling story, but this HD re-edition doesn't astonish or add new elements to justify buying it again or for the first time, at full price, for the ones who never played it.- MondoXbox

A unique game, with great and distinctive artistic design; if you can turn a blind eye on the somewhat repetitive gameplay and quite short longevity, it could prove to be one of the most memorable visual experiences of this generation.- MondoXbox

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora features a lush and visually stunning world with very satisfying tactical combat; unfortunately, the anonymous and forgettable story is unconvincing, while the gameplay is undermined by a problematic mission design that can often make our experience frustrating.- MondoXbox

F1 24 is an excellent update to the Codemasters series: the new Career mode, which allows us to play with real drivers, is excellent, while the driving model has been substantially overhauled with very satisfying results. Only the AI represents a small Achilles heel, which we hope will be corrected as soon as possible.- MondoXbox

NBA Live 19 shows further improvements for the series with a more simulative gameplay, a great overall NBA feeling thanks to realistic graphics and the ESPN license, and the welcome return of the WNBA license. The One is the crown jewel mode for the series, but EA still has to work hard to improve its Franchise mode and some ball physics. All in all, a definitely suggested game for NBA lovers.- MondoXbox

Black Desert manages to surprise us with great features like its deep character editor and a very dynamic and varied combat system, with a rich world that's a pleasure to explore. On the other side, though, an overly complicated interface, some technical problems and a too repetitive mission structure keep it from reaching its full potential.- MondoXbox

Screamer is a game of contrasts: on one hand, it offers a very deep and crafted story mode, supported by great art direction and a good technical execution. On the other hand, the gameplay feels too basic and unrewarding, with the novelty represented by the dual stick steering system quickly wearing out, and limited power-ups that fail to deliver the chaotic fun that we'd expect from an arcade racer.- MondoXbox

A deep and satisfying prison design and management game, strongly reminiscent of games like Dungeon Keeper and Evil Genius. We loved the community prison sharing feature, but would have liked some form of co-op gameplay. Unluckily Its uninspired and over-simplistic graphics don't do the game justice, but it's at least functional.- MondoXbox

Redout 2 sports a great variety with lots of tracks in gorgeous environments, vehicles and different play modes, while introducing a more challenging gameplay removing the pick-up boosts of the first game and betting everything on the boost system; it feels even overly challenging due to some balance and design choices. Adding the too basic multiplayer component to the picture , this feels like a game needing some meaty post-launch adjustments and additions.- MondoXbox

If you're looking for a game to expressly play with your online friends, Evolve will please you with an innovative multiplayer experience. But its pretty generic and forgettable maps and overall lack of edge could tire you and your friends pretty quickly.- MondoXbox

Radical managed to improve the game in almost every aspect, making it a very enjoying and satifying game for every lover of Activision's franchise. Only an unrealistic enemy AI behaviour and a problematic lock system keep it from being a perfect game.- MondoXbox

The Outlast Trials can give you several hours of entertainment with your friends, while played alone it is far too unbalanced and frustrating. Unfortunately, after several hours the repetitiveness of the missions starts to become noticeable, and even in co-op it starts to become a bit tiresome.- MondoXbox

Medal of Honor is a good alternative to the Call of Duty series even if it doesn't add anything new to the mix. Due to its very short single player campaign, buy it only if you're planning to spend many hours online.- MondoXbox
