Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands successfully manages to represent the great platforming gameplay and level design of the first Ubisoft game: unfortunately it will end in less than eight hours, and this is its main shortcoming.

White Night surprised us with a very classic survival horror experience, combined with a great visual style and good noir story. Despite of some difficulty and controls problems, it's a very recommended buy for genre lovers.

Activision and Toys for Bob successfully manage to deliver a proper and direct sequel to Crash's original trilogy, doing justice to the franchise's classical gameplay formula but also adding more gameplay variety and lots of content. A game to play, both for nostalgic players and new platforming enthusiasts.

Big Bad Wolf delivers an intriguing adventure, enriched with complex and totally new RPG dialogue mechanics and brilliant - even if needing more polish - graphics. A very good narrative game that every lover of the genre should try.

Even without bringing huge innovations to the table, Far Cry 4 delivers a great and very polished gameplay experience coupled with lush and spectacular environments. Too bad for the forgettable main characters and the unexciting story, something we missed from the previous game in the series. It's a very funny and advised game nonetheless.

Prototype revealed itself to be an extremely solid game, capable of satisfying whoever's looking looking for massive doses of superhuman violence. The only letdown is its dull visuals, but if you aren't specifically looking for a graphical masterwork, you'll find it very entertaining.

Assassin's Creed: Odyssey builds on everything good Origins introduced, but with a bit lower quality stories and adding some new systems that end up being not so impressive. Overall, though, it's still a very solid open world game with lots of content and some very gorgeous visuals. It won't amaze you as Origins did, but it'll still provide tens of hours of quality play.

WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2010 is a solid and well made game, capable of delivering hours of entertainment to all the fans of this sport. It isn't the best in the series and the splendour of Here Comes the Pain is still far away, however we consider it the best Wrestling game this generation.

A solid and meaningful improvement on the already good first Guns, Gore & Cannoli, keeping the brilliant 2D design and adding more variety in environments, gameplay and level design. Online co-op is a very welcome feature, too. Definitely advised to any run-and-gun side-scrolling shooter lover.

Dante's Inferno is entertaining and a good variant to the usual Xbox 360 line-up. Great storytelling, very solid graphics and an atmospheric soundtrack make it worth the purchase: only its low longevity and the too repetitive combat system keep down our rating of the game.

Battlefield V manages the series' formula in many aspects, offering us one of the most entertaining multiplayer FPS experiences to date. On the other hand, though, it feels a bit underdeveloped with an overly short and somewhat dull single-player campaign and an overall lack of contents. It will definitely be a better and richer game in some months, when more content will have been delivered.

Borderlands is a successful experiment, managing to introduce some fresh elements in the quite static FPS landscape. The gameplay mechanics and its original graphics make it fresh and entertaining, suitable both for FPS fans and the people who loves Diablo-style RPGs. If you're willing to play it cooperatively with (up to four) your friends, Borderlands will shine in its best shape.

A good game both for Naruto fans and those who are new to Kishimoto and Studio Pierrot saga, capable of delivering many spectacular moments mainly thanks to the superb cel-shading graphic engine and well thought-out boss battles. However some flaws like lackluster exploration phases, missing playable characters and too many idle times during dialogue keep it from being the great Naruto game we'd wanted it to be.

This first taste of Hitman's new path offers us one of the best locations in the series, with lots of freedom and many environments to explore. A promising new start, even if the overall story is just barely hinted at; we'll have to wait for the next chapters to see if it's got a great plot too.

A fascinating interactive anime, with an adult story, satisfying gameplay and great art and sounds. Some bugs and imprecise controls show it could have been refined more, but it's definitely a worthy experience and one of the most interesting adventures released lately.

If you're used to the classic NfS style with its extreme customization and its barebones arcade style, Criterion's game could reveal itself as an unwelcome change; however, despite some not very good gameplay choices it's a very entertaining and engaging racing game.

Wild Hearts is a hunter-like game that is both respectful of tradition and at the same time very brave, thanks to innovations such as the Karakuri structure system and greater attention to the narrative. In addition, the game benefits from the care taken in designing the Kemono monsters and crafting an experience that will satisfy both genre veterans and newcomers. Despite a few youth issues, it is undoubtedly one of the best alternatives around for fans of the genre.

A very interesting novelty in the music games genre, very involving for guitar/bass newcomers even if quite challenging. The on-screen notes indicators are sometimes confusing and it could benefit from a more distinctive presentation, but if you always wanted to start playing guitar this is a very good tool for becoming acquainted with the instrument.
