A welcome addition to the original Dragon's Dogma story, with tougher and more satisfying challenges and several improvements over the original game.

Dragon's Dogma introduces some very clever ideas to the RPG genre, but they aren't supported by strong enough story, artistic design and technical production. What we've got are some very good missions with highly satisfying combat, spaced out by hours and hours of boring walks in similar-looking and pop-up-ridden lands, but for what it introduces it deserves to be played by RPG fans looking for something new.

An entertaining game with a good gameplay balanced between shooter and hack'n'slash mechanics; it only lacks on the variety side, but it will undoubtedly please every Games Workshop fan.

DG2 successfully delivers on keeping up the quality of the first game, without revolutionizing the gameplay but adding some welcome new features.

A psychological horror game much different from the ones we're used to, with a good story which puts us in a struggle against ourselves but not devoid of flaws.

Tropico 6 provides us a satisfying political and city building simulation experience, with funny humor and several good modes. It might have benefited of higher innovation compared to the previous episode, though.

The new interactive toys are a dream come true for any Marvel fan, and if you're a creative type you'll love the new Toy Box features. It's got its shortcomings, though, in the repetitive stories structure and in allowing us to just play the Avengers Play Set out of the box.

A very good hunting sim, with great graphics and a deep and realistic gameplay, both in single and multiplayer. We would have liked more environments/maps to hunt on, but it's definitely a game to buy for lovers of this genre.

The 30 Years of Wrestlemania and The Streak modes make it worth buying by everl WWE fan, but the lack of any substantial changes and improvements in gameplay make it feel somewhat tired.

Comic Jumper is an excellent Live Arcade title, hard and with an high challenge level but very satisfying too.

Due to some very drastic design choices, Lost Planet 2 is a very peculiar game: Capcom sacrificed a strong story and main character in favour of a more co-op oriented gameplay. If you're the kind of gamer who loved Left 4 Dead, you'll probably love this too: otherwise, if you're looking for a more story-focused action game it'll be a bit of a letdown.

Kylotonn managed to perfectly nail the series' classic feeling and modes, delivering a true FlatOut experience. On the other side, though, FlatOut 4 fails to bring meaningful innovations to Bugbear's formula, resulting in a somewhat outdated game.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated is the definitive version of THQ's two-decades old platformer, with brilliant graphics, new multiplayer modes and added content. THQ Nordic even went th extra step of re-dubbing all the voices for multiple languages, a definitely appreciated choice for non-english speaking gamers. It still brings over some of the original game shortcomings like simple level design and combat, but it definitely is one of the best 3D platformers of the gen and a must buy for SpongeBob fans.

Crimson Desert is a massive and ambitious project defined by its extremes: it presents itself as a vast open-world game that incorporates the greatest modern gaming achievements, yet it suffers from a fragmented identity, shoddy storytelling, and an overwhelming abundance of content that stifles its original spirit. Nevertheless, it’s an adventure that’s well worth your attention, poised to improve steadily through dedicated post-launch support.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater successfully modernizes a gaming classic, with Konami delivering a visually stunning and smoother experience that respects the original almost to a fault. While its extreme fidelity limits the potential for a bold, fully reimagined remake, this remains the definitive version of a timeless masterpiece - an essential opportunity to relive or discover one of gaming’s most historic titles.

Exactly what we expected from this remake: fans will find in it all the elements that made it a cult game in a new shiny 1080p guise, while who never played it will finally know what all the fuss is about as long as they're willing to forgive some stiff controls.
