The Plucky Squire presents a truly inspired concept and art direction, managing to be loved at first sight. As the game progresses there is a certain monotony in the gameplay, but both budding and seasoned players will not fail to appreciate the colorful design on the one hand, and the sophistication of certain quirks and situations on the other.- MondoXbox

If played locally, PES 2014 is a great soccer game showing that Konami took the right path for its series rebirth. But as you try getting online, countless problems arise making it hardly playable.- MondoXbox

A great reinvention of the classic adventure franchise with vivid visuals, a fresh gameplay and brilliant storytelling. Our unique issue was with the complete lack of localization, which makes it more difficult to recommend in our country: that's totally unexpected from a publisher like Activision/Sierra.- MondoXbox

A highly ambitious and complex game, capable of rewarding the gamer with lots of satisfaction if he'll take enough time - and we're talking about dozens of hours here - to learn and master all its mechanics. Space exploration has never been more real.- MondoXbox

A really good simulator, with several improvements in both graphics and gameplay. The technical section is excellent, with maniacal attention to detail, while the gameplay is fluid and the combat system quite solid. The content offering is also top notch, especially the new online career. It will certainly satisfy lovers of mixed martial arts.- MondoXbox

Lost Judgment is a huge game with a storyline that will keep you glued to the screen and seasoned with a fast, frantic and spectacular gameplay and some very enjoyable mini-games. Recommended both to those who were already fans of the series and to those looking for a game with a strong narrative impact but without sacrificing fun gameplay.- MondoXbox

A highly entertaining and challenging 2D competitive game, with a simple and frantic gameplay and lots of levels. Too bad for its lack of online multiplayer, but if you've got friends to play with at home you'll find it to be incredibly absorbing.- MondoXbox

A welcome return to the origins for Call of Duty, with an immersive campaign and a classic multiplayer. The new Zombi mode is the one that feels more improved and a step forward, while multiplayer could have used a bit more of innovation, but it's still highly enjoyable.- MondoXbox

While its relaxed, “chill” gameplay may not satisfy those seeking challenge or intensity, it offers everyone else a visually stunning, heartwarming experience brimming with positivity and surprises - one of the year’s most delightful and memorable adventures.- MondoXbox

Hitman is back and is in great shape. Io Interactive delivered a game suitable to both hardcore fans looking for a challenging experience and new players, thanks to the many options in difficulty and features set; this adds to an highly cinematic experience with a mature story and interesting social features. Probably the best game in the series and one of this gen's best stealth games.- MondoXbox

A very good and captivating co-op game, founded in making a couple of friends live an intense and very interesting story. In the second half there are some pacing slowdowns and gameplay mechanics which could have been more refined, but if you're looking for a game to enjoy with friends or relatives, this won't disappoint you.- MondoXbox

Hotshot Racing follows the lead of classic arcade racers like Out Run and Daytona USA, with a colorful and detailed low-poly look and highly enjoyable gameplay. Lots of modes, including 4 player split-screen and online play, make it a very satisfying experience. A game every racing games lover should try, at least via Xbox Game Pass.- MondoXbox

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties is a much-needed remake in the Yakuza series, offering the fans a boatload of new content and streamlining some of the most controversial sections of the original game. With the addition of richer visuals and the excellent Dark Ties expansions, and despite some overly aggressive cuts and mandatory pace-breaking side activities, the final result is definitely a game that the series' fans shouldn't miss.- MondoXbox
