Easy (but slow) to learn, hard to master, Solium Infernum punishes every mistake, being a game only for the smartest players. Remaking a cult classic, League of Geeks triumphs with depth and a great multiplayer.

Darkwood is a thrilling survival game with tons of exploration, rich story background and enigmatic characters. The crude atmosphere has been build using a bright illumination system, visuals, music, sounds and silents. The forest, filled by darkness, is like another main character. Gameplay works fine, but the combat system isn't deep at all.

Fantastic combat system and impressive graphics. TERA is a joy for the senses and an adventure that will fill the player with light, colour, rich landscapes and imaginative monsters. However, the quest design is a bit poor and predictable.

Stays true to its previous releases without compromising on innovation. The developers have chosen to resemble the campaign mode more like multiplayer games and this leads to awesome confrontations. To this we must add the new faction, Imperial Guard, and the possibility to play the campaign with any of the 6 standing armies. Bound for fans of the franchise and lovers of fast-paced RTS.

Keeper is an audiovisual spectacle, a surreal and creative artistic explosion inspired by the work of Salvador Dalí to offer a memorable and unforgettable journey. Its development as a light third-person exploration and puzzle adventure takes no risks in terms of gameplay. Its gameplay is simple and shallow despite having good ideas, but it makes up for it with a festival of surprises that will captivate the player. One of the great surprises of the year, a must-play.

Innovative, Original, satisfying. Supermassive Games knows how to create interactive stories and proves it with a very interesting title that you and your friends can play together or against each other.

Europa Universalis IV is a fantastic reissue of the popular series and it is very necessary in order to adapt it to the present day. The depth of the changes and the new features included result in an entertaining game that is more accessible to new players. This is one of the best grand strategy titles currently available, and can not be missing in your shelf if you're a fan of this genre.

It's far from the best version of DOOM, but still is a perfectly playable and enjoyable version of DOOM. Which means it has amazing gunplay, atmosphere and brutality in spades. All now on the go.

The Crown of Ivory King is the most challenging DLC of Dark Souls 2, with non linear adventure and some good new stuff like allies system. However, the enemies are too familiar for Dark Souls experts.

Outstanding. It's the only way to describe the first work of the Spanish workgroup Akaoni Studios. They wanted to create a shooter involved with the classical gameplay-style of the genre and they've done it. It's probably the most beautiful game on the WiiWare - it's a pity that its lifespan it's just a couple of hours. Add a few days if you play it with a friend, but without any online options, there's not much to do after completing the game with very character.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is the most complete game of the franchise yet. The main feature we will find in this entry is the huge array of missions we can take, with more variety, and all of them in just one city, Rome; an enormous city. The multiplayer is simple and fun, which makes this series even more interesting.

Beautiful pixel art, good music, well designed levels and several endings to promote replay. Only a few more levels and maybe a more modern controls would have improved what's already a game no Castlevania fan should miss.

Although it isn't a different game, Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle has managed to jump to 3DS, with good graphic aspect and many unique puzzles. Also there are other 365 challenges more to lengthen the experience.

Super Mario Maker 2 is a remarkable continuation from the original game. This new entry in the series takes the best elements of the previous one and adds a huge number of new elements, modes and styles. The creator mode is larger and deeper, the online multiplayer is just fun; but the story mode lacks on personality. Even though the game is bigger and extensive, it is definitely not the ultimate Mario Maker.

Crazier, funnier and bigger. Rebirth is a proper rebuilt of one of the most brilliant games we've enjoyed lately. There are a handful of new features and probably even more content than we could've asked for, even though die-hard fans might consider rebuying a game that's very much the same, but widely expanded.

Very fanservice-ish, but that's the point anyway. The stealth mechanics work well enough, which is remarkable from a design viewpoint and some story connections are brilliant. A convincing way to close Bioshock Infinite.

If it had half the action, it would be twice as good (and avoid a dreadful final stretch). Even so, Silent Hill f is one of the best entries in the series — and a new survival horror classic.

Dead Rising 2 is quite similar to the first game, but the formula still works. A fun, huge, entertaining and compelling game, with many things to do and much to discover. Unfortunately, it lacks the depth of the original one in terms of story, and it doesn't feel as fresh as the first time.

Neversoft presents a new iteration of Guitar Hero with remarkable steps to innovate over the formula and adding new and interesting concepts. The new onlines modes are great, and being able to create and share your own tracks with the Studio mode has a lot of potential for the future. Too bad that the career mode is not very interesting.

The makers of Alien Hominid once again have taken a genre and have given it some fresh elements to create a game that feels unique and special. Four players on the screen, a plot that involves heroes and the rescue of various princesses, and a lot of funny moments are the ingredients of one of the best available games in the Xbox Live marketplace. If you are like us and you love the classic Beat’Em ups, you should really check out Castle Crashers.
