The makers of Alien Hominid once again have taken a genre and have given it some fresh elements to create a game that feels unique and special. Four players on the screen, a plot that involves heroes and the rescue of various princesses, and a lot of funny moments are the ingredients of one of the best available games in the Xbox Live marketplace. If you are like us and you love the classic Beat’Em ups, you should really check out Castle Crashers.- Meristation

Nioh goes away just like it came: with an excellent combat system, some intense challenges and a fascinating recreation of the Japanese history and mythology. The formula may seem a bit stagnant at this point, but Bloodshed's End doesn't disappoint when it comes to offering a worthy send-off.- Meristation

Valkyria Chronicles is as great as the original was: it improves some things, it lacks other things, but overall, it's an incredible game. With 40 hours of gameplay and charming characters and story, it's easily one of the best original games on the PSP yet.- Meristation

Fullblox is another brilliant puzzle game for Nintendo 3DS. Deeper mechanics, full of stages and great challenges. Only for the Expo NES levels this game it's a must have.- Meristation

Probably one on the best beat 'em up that we've seen on PSP so far. There're a couple of new elements that slightly changes the battle system, but that's enough to improve what Dissidia offered back in 2009. It's very much the same, but better.- Meristation

The Next Big Thing, Pendulo Studios' latest point'n'click game is awesome. A great tribute to his second, and now a classic, big project: Hollywood Monsters. It's easier and shorter than the original one, but it delivers a fun and interesting story, with many unforgettable moments. Genre lovers should give it a try.- Meristation

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles is the best shooter on rails available on the Wii. Excellent graphical section, intense and spectacular action, filled with extras that increase their duration... It's impossible not to exhibit a smile when returning to Resident Evil 2 and RE: Code Veronica to play in a totally different way.- Meristation

Faster, deeper and more dynamic. The team has done a remarkable job balancing the fighters, putting the focus back on fighting and developing a robust online mode, with plenty of room for a healthy community. A real back-to-form for the series.- Meristation

Napoleon Total War is a great RTS game, an incredible homage to the real french emperor. With great gameplay, and several game modes for single player and multiplayer, it's a great addition to the series. But it relies heavily on the basics of Empire Total War, so it feels a bit held back due to the lack of real improvements.- Meristation

Metro Awakening is one of the best virtual reality video games of recent times, making use of a sensational setting - as terrifying as it is overwhelming - and a more than striking staging. Its development can sometimes be repetitive and monotonous, although the survival mechanics and weapon manipulation do the rest, despite feeling somewhat less precise than in other similar FPS. A great addition to an already successful saga that finds in VR a new space in which to expand its universe and that any shooter fan should experience.- Meristation

Armored Princess is a faithful expansion over the original, with little novelties. It could be argued it doesn't need it, as there are so few games with the personality of this one, but if you are a experienced The Legend player, you should decide if you want more of the same or not. If you are a new player, this is a good opportunity to get the hang on this game, but the original is perhaps more surprising.- Meristation

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 is a really great deal of great games with lots of good extras. Its main flaw is the absence of graphical upgrades, but if you don't mind about this just buy it.- Meristation

It's hard to think how Sony San Diego could improve this franchise inside the field, bragging with great animations and amazing IA behaviours, while there's still room to be better in some aspects of its great game modes, like lack of own identity in Road to the Show. Thanks to a great level of customization and difficulty, there's an MLB The Show 17 for every baseball fan.- Meristation

Geralt of Rivia is back with the best incarnation of his adventures. CDProjekt kept on working on their successful game in order to improve it, and they sure did. Now, The Witcher is stronger, longer, bigger and greater. All that, in an incredible package with special features: level editor, two new side quests, making of, soundtrack, game guide, the original short story written by Sapkowski, and many more things.- Meristation

Infinite Warfare has the best Call of Duty campaign since Black Ops 2, with surprising features like secondary missions, space combat, new and useful collectibles and specialist difficulty. Also, Zombies in Spaceland is a lovely new map trying to reinvent zombie co-op. On the other hand, the multiplayer feels like a Black Ops 3 déjà vu with not enough changes or improvements.- Meristation

Top Spin 4 is a strong entry in the series, with a realism that is more polished than ever. The matches are hard but, at the same time, it feels really satisfying to fight until winning the point. The roster of players and the online game modes add up to create one of the best tennis simulators in the market right now.- Meristation

NHL 13 delivers fast-paced hockey and an addictive gameplay that takes it back to the top of the sports genre. The new game modes aren't the most important features of 13's edition, but the so-called true skating skill system. With a new way of skating and a more realist approach, EA Canada serves up another must-buy for this year.- Meristation

It could have more content, but for a remaster it's a good work. It offers 4 games in 1080p and 60fps so if you want to enter in the Kingdom Hearts world, here you have the perfect choice. If you already played them, there is not new stuff here.- Meristation

Mickey's latest adventure's a mixture between graphic epicness and some strange decisions that affect the gameplay style of this Epic Mickey. It's one of the greatests games of this console, but it isn't flawless at all. If you like its cinematic style, just go and buy it. If you're looking for an incredible experience and something by the like, bear in mind you'll have to be patient. It takes it time, but in the end it's a successful experience.- Meristation

Shift 2 Unleashed is a great racing game, with some nice touches like the helmet cam or the presence of rubber on the tracks. But its frantic gameplay makes the Elite game mode the only one that's truly playable and realistic. Overall, the AI is excellent, and that's nice. Recommended for all the racing fans out there.- Meristation

They said a sequel needs to be bigger, braver and funnier. Well, Chaos on Deponia is all that: It takes everything that works so well in the first game and twisted with hilarious and bizarre -poor bird- sense of humour that multiplies the elysian Goal plus three and an even better visual style. And a more decadent, selfish and irresistible main character Rufus. It's a shame that the location in Spanish its still a doubt- Meristation
