Ninja Theory shattered any doubt of its ability with a genius reinvention of Devil May Cry, but their talent with DLC may be questioned after Vergil's Downfall, a brief story that expands on the past of Dante's brother with not so much glamour. There is a handful of missions, each lasting no more than 20 minutes and the cinematics look underdeveloped. For its quality, this piece of downloadable content is not worth the price.- LevelUp

The heritage of Colin McRae's installments is there, Codemasters was guardian of it for 2 decades, and of course there is a vote of confidence for what they will do in future editions. Unfortunately, in his debut the result is not what was expected and amounts to a slump after a period with good results in his racing game releases. A superb atmospheric horror experience, Layers of Fear succeeds in taking terror videogames to the next levels in terms of immersion, but fails to deliver little else than another artistic walking simulator.- LevelUp

A good balance between precision sniping and arcade elements, Sniper Elite III is hampered by a severe lack of content, ambition and depth, but remains nonetheless an enjoyable experience.- LevelUp

Nikoderiko: The Magical World could be labeled as the son of Donkey Kong Country and Crash Bandicoot, but almost all the experience is based on the Nintendo IP. It’s great and it has the same level of quality, but we expected to see more unique ideas and concepts. Also, the Nintendo Switch version is not the ideal way ti play it.- LevelUp

WildStar is not afraid of borrowing elements from other MMOs, as it has the right attitude and personality to stand out from the rest. It is a colorful and explosive blend that may not revolutionize the genre but certainly refreshes it.- LevelUp

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle seems to be at the level of the first installment, although at times it suggests that it is falling behind. Unlike Daymare 1998, we are faced with a proposal that got caught up in its attempt to pay homage and its desire to do something original. Despite this, it can be a passable old-school horror game experience.- LevelUp

To the clinical eye of the hardcore fan, Crash Bandicoot 4 on Nintendo Switch can be considered as avoidable, however, this may well be different for those who seek the portable experience. Despite the obvious limits of this version, everything, maintains its essence in terms of design and mechanics, saving it from disaster.- LevelUp

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is an entertaining game, but it has a long way to go before it can compete against the big names of the genre. It is evident that Milestone thought of it as a casual arcade racing game that you can enjoy in challenges with your friends to spend a time full of laughter and chaotic fun. Unfortunately, this good foundation suffers from a completely soulless and generic track design that you'll quickly forget.- LevelUp

If you are looking for a game that will make you laugh, High On Life is the one. It's a bare bones FPS with acid humor, brilliant characters, and it's filled with absurd situations; it will make you feel inside an Adult Swim series. However, its limited exploration and rhythm, the game is better committed to making you laugh rather than shoot.- LevelUp

Despite the lack of imagination during the races, Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious may serve as a good entry-level experience for those who haven't yet bought the regular game or those who want something just a bit different for free.- LevelUp

A good remake of a decent game. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX will be loved by those who played the original. Sadly it lacks the depth or challenge needed to be interesting to a wider gaming audience.- LevelUp

A Way Out intended to renew the forgotten split screen cooperative experience, but fell short in its execution. The result is not as overwhelming as you think; A Way Out is fun and it's better to play with a partner on the couch. However, if you wanted to find the holy grail of cooperative gaming, maybe you should look elsewhere.- LevelUp

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a game that we greatly enjoyed. Unfortunately, Tango Gameworks' approach was to create a game where style is dominant and little substance is offered. In terms of setting and art design it is one of the most unique games we have seen in a long time. However, it is a bland and run-of-the-mill title gameplay-wise.- LevelUp

Another generic title from Dimps, Soldiers' Soul has little to offer that hasn't been seen before, but the Latin American localization really takes this to another level for the numerous fans from those regions. Apart from that, little to no novelties and a recycled storyline signify little more than mediocrity for this game.- LevelUp

Despite all the promises and the delays, Crackdown 3 is an unexpected miracle. It’s genuinely a fun game to pick up and play for a couple of days, but not for longer, as its dated design will turn this experience into a boring and monotonous adventure. Might not be worth the full price, but for members of Xbox Game Pass it’s an obligatory stop.- LevelUp

Amplitude is a game best enjoyed in short bursts. Despite the lack of a remarkable soundtrack, its contents are very enjoyable and the simplicity of its mechanics makes you want to play it over and over again, although it may not keep you entertained for many hours in a row.- LevelUp
