Juste like the other games of the same saga, Rayman Mini is a nice runner who perfectly fullfiled its goals. Nice levels, great controls and increasing challenge do the trick.

Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is a generous, complete game with timeless and relentless game mechanics. Because of this, it is undoubtedly a must-have for anyone who enjoys competitive puzzle play.

A purely atmospheric experience, Season: a letter to the future is a little candy, a poem about the passing years and their memories which, strangely, transports you completely out of time. A road trip by bike made of absolutely charming encounters that enjoys excellent sound work. A must-do for lovers of short narrative experiences in which you can easily let yourself be transported.

Highly contemplative, utterly eccentric and absolutely magnificent, The Artful Escape offers a visual and sound experience that is as puzzling as it is thrilling. But the beauty of the abstract can reach its limits when the nonsense ends up losing us. And the journey sometimes runs out of steam when the gameplay remains on its way. However, the journey remains relatively captivating up and down, both for its beauty and its uniqueness. But there is no doubt that it will be divisive.

Cronos: The New Dawn isn't the masterpiece it was hoped for, but it's a crucial milestone in Bloober Team's evolution. At times frenzied, often distressing, it embodies the sincere desire of a studio determined to overcome its mistakes and forge a true identity, even if its homages remain too obvious. A demanding, slow, and heavy survival horror, it doesn't seek to seduce but to oppress. An experience that is especially striking for its mastery of the codes of a genre that its creators now know like the back of their hand.

As is often the case with the F1 license stamped by EA and Codemasters, the installments follow one another but are not really similar in content. Because this year, Breaking Point is back and the next F1 film are highlighted to revive the story-driven interest of the saga. Good one-off contributions, even if for the long term, we will rather remember the Career mode which goes a little further than previous years. Even if it does not really renew its gameplay and its graphics, F1 25 remains solid for an official simulation and accessible for neophytes.

Resident Evil 4 is still a legend in its own way, but these regular new versions never bring anything new to the table. Even worse, this Switch is showing how old is the the game, on a technical standpoint.

If F.I.S.T. : Forged In Shadow Torch offers a relatively slow first part, thereafter, the Metroidvania is full of ideas and continues to renew itself. Its gameplay, at the beginning screwed to the ground, constantly gains in depth and becomes more and more aerial, and its universe, alive and coherent, offers varied and inspired landscapes. Between a jazz club, a remote village in snow-capped mountains and the streets of a retro-futuristic dieselpunk town, the title of TiGames is a constant invitation to travel. In other words, we warmly recommend F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch which presents itself as the little surprise of this new school year.

If it sufficiently renews the experience of the saga thanks to a rich and functional overall design and an approach that should delight fans of the first hour, Assassin's Creed Valhalla also retains some stigmas of its predecessors that prevent it from aiming a little higher.

While the latest titles in the PGA Tour license left us a little hungry, 2K21 being too classic and 2K23 not very ergonomic, PGA Tour 2K25 manages to enchant with its Career mode. The latter is very complete, leaving an exhilarating feeling of progression throughout the season with marketing choices, calendar, equipment and skill points finally completed. The most discerning will say that NBA 2K lacks an open world, but it is clear that there has been progress this year also in online games. The fully customizable gameplay is still as precise in approaches or putts. Enough to live a great experience for any fan of golf or the saga.

Like the other episodes before it, Football Manager 2023 has the daunting task of convincing series regulars to checkout and attract newcomers. A successful bet, for a title that is still just as complete, precise and addictive once a game has started... Without bringing any major revolution in terms of playability, this new component, in addition to playing it safe with the same winning recipe, poses when even new solid bases, with the arrival of a strong and iconic license like the Champions League and an interesting management of the supporters, until then a little left on the side. This is enough to ensure an even deeper immersion... but not to the point of offering us a major revolution.

By offering this formula of two games in one, SEGA offers a great locomotive for the third film which will be released next December. True to itself, the excellent Sonic Generations has lost none of its brilliance, even if the new features are too light to be sufficiently striking in the minds. What Chao to find in the levels, rare new bonuses... we could have expected much more from a remaster. Fortunately, the part dedicated to Shadow is intended to be more ambitious, with a mini open world to explore and powers that boost the experience for several additional hours of play. Without being revolutionary, Sonic x Shadow Generations is a very good game, but which will, inevitably, have more impact on those who have never touched the original.

With its endearing characters and effective humor, Guardians of the Galaxy is one of the pleasant surprises of the end of the year, which is obviously aimed at a very large audience. Behind this careful writing, we feel a deep love on the part of the developers of Eidos Montreal for its marginalized space. And if the adventure is not as epic as we hoped, the journey is nonetheless pleasant with its moments of complicity and the many choices offered which reinforce the player's involvement. A truly attractive journey, in particular thanks to an efficient and fluid combat system which nevertheless shows its limits at the end of the game and against the bosses. Finally, it is more on its visual part that the title can divide. If we find on the one hand original environments and neat character models, we also note the presence of less convincing facial animations in places and sometimes less fine landscapes. It is nonetheless a gripping adventure alongside the galaxy's greatest magnificent losers that has plenty to please MCU fans.

Saber Interactive and Focus Home Entertainment hit hard, very hard. Space Marine 2 is a little gem of an adaptation intended for fans of the Warhammer 40,000 saga and fans of unbridled video game action. This science fiction universe is enhanced by polished and captivating visuals as well as impressive gameplay in both its precision and brutality. And the best is yet to come. The PvE and PvP modes guarantee an exemplary lifespan, as does the customization of the Space Marines, which is a model of its kind. Space Marine 2 could have been perfect without this feeling of repetitiveness that sets in after several hours of play, but which gives way to fun in the company of other players.

Windjammers 2 is the logical continuation of the episode released in 1994: new characters, new mechanics and online ranked games, it comes out with all the advantages expected of such a title in 2022. in easy hand does not close the door to neophytes while the added moves constitute an additional strategic layer for amateurs of high level game. That said, it must be recognized that the title of Dotemu is sorely lacking in content and that it will hardly hook solo players in the long term.

Undoubtedly the best opus of the license released to date. In addition to the already gargantuan lifespan, further improved in solo and multiplayer thanks to a My NBA mode boosted by the choice of 4 eras, the return of the Jordan Challenge, the co-op mode in My Team and the Career Theater, the gameplay in will delight some. The former crazy dribblers are now limited online and must think collectively, the shooting timing is more demanding, but much fairer and a lot of new animations come to shake up the regulars. Graphically impeccable, taking in immersion with old-school skins for period matches, the title enters the Hall of Fame. Only gray areas, the usual desire (or even need) to take out the credit card to get more VC and advance your player, a matchmaking that is still quite unbalanced and some crashes on certain career quests. Even MJ can have flaws.
