Whether or not you're immune to the restrictive mechanics of roguelites, you absolutely must dive into the world of this excellent The Rogue Prince of Persia. You'll come for its highly effective gameplay that's free of any superfluous elements, and you'll stay for the diabolical flow that emerges from the combat and exploration. Available in Game Pass and PS Plus Extra at the time of writing, the Evil Empire title published by Ubisoft aspires to only one thing when a game is over: restart another one to stay in this unbridled loop.- Jeuxvideo.com

Ruined King: A League of Legends Story isn't reinventing the wheel, that's for sure. However, its solid game systems make it quite a recommendable RPG, especially for LoL fans. They will be able to appreciate the reinterpretation of their favorite universe by Airship Syndicate and Joe Madureira. And while we regret a somewhat conventional writing that sometimes lacks subtlety, we appreciate being able to immerse ourselves in the alleys of Bilgewater and the Dark Isles in the company of charismatic champions.- Jeuxvideo.com

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a little bubble of happiness in a genre - battle royale - that easily boils down to gun battles...The simple fact of having tasted it makes you want to see more. The result is a good game, which will undoubtedly become very good with the arrival of new challenges and the correction of small technical problems.- Jeuxvideo.com

This third episode is a good way to rebound with the franchise, due to a new and more dynamic combat system and thanks to the introduction of a second character which has its own story and city to explore.- Jeuxvideo.com

Generous content is the great strength of NHL 19. Unfortunately, it's not sufficient to overcome the lack of new gameplay mechanics or the graphic render and animation system, that would gain a lot from a switch to the Frostbite engine.- Jeuxvideo.com

Thanks to some new systems and a brand new graphic aspect, Pokemon is finally back in the living room. But, even if hunting is a great activity in those new zones, the game could have been better with more innovation and a some challenge.- Jeuxvideo.com

Highly contemplative, utterly eccentric and absolutely magnificent, The Artful Escape offers a visual and sound experience that is as puzzling as it is thrilling. But the beauty of the abstract can reach its limits when the nonsense ends up losing us. And the journey sometimes runs out of steam when the gameplay remains on its way. However, the journey remains relatively captivating up and down, both for its beauty and its uniqueness. But there is no doubt that it will be divisive.- Jeuxvideo.com

A comeback? Yes, we can say so. Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves is beautiful, fast-paced, and has a netcode that works perfectly for facing off against your friends or complete strangers online. There are certainly a few drawbacks, notably the choice of certain characters, Ronaldo in particular, and a story mode that is unfortunately rather anecdotal, but we readily forgive the 26-year wait given the quality of this production, which marks a spectacular return for this essential saga of the fighting game genre.- Jeuxvideo.com

Indeed, Remnant 2 will be much more appreciated in multiplayer than alone. The customization possibilities will be multiplied (three characters with double archetypes, it's starting to do things!) And the exploration is made less bland since everyone trains from one place to another. The boss fights are all the more interesting to maneuver without being more complex. Otherwise, Remnant 2 remains quite linear and complex to appreciate, especially since some problems not corrected for the first episode are back. Something difficult to digest four years later. It is therefore difficult to turn to Remnant 2 for a solo experience. However, it shows its full potential in multiplayer to those looking for demanding games that will satisfy their thirst for customization.- Jeuxvideo.com

If you're into the Japanese publisher, this Capcom Arcade Stadium compilation might just catch your eye. Unlike some productions of the same genre, this one is very polished and received a lot of attention. The developers have made sure to reproduce the ambience of an arcade room and have incorporated a host of options (display, difficulty, etc.) so that players find the formula that suits them.- Jeuxvideo.com

Following in the footsteps of Myst and Riven, this remake of The Amerzone: The Explorer's Testament proves that the genre can adapt to today's expectations. With its sumptuous graphics and Jules Verne-esque universe, the story imagined by Benoît Sokal is enhanced by an approach that manages to modernize the formula without betraying the original. A successful immersion thanks to the quality French voices, the music of Inon Zur and his son, and a fluid and interesting progression. A masterstroke for the Parisian studio of Microids.- Jeuxvideo.com

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is the guarantee of discovering an original game wrapped in a particularly stylish universe. We like the idea of integrating traditional dances into a world of Japanese folklore which mixes with very elegant choreography and a particularly pleasant bestiary to discover. The game reserves some good surprises to renew a gameplay loop that maintains the same structure from start to finish, missing the boat in some of its aspects, such as balancing and the progression of the main character. Kunitsu-Gami finally proves to be rather clever in its strategic proposal, with its different systems, its day/night cycle and its limited resources. An experience that will fill your summer for a good twenty hours.- Jeuxvideo.com

If you're looking for the best way to experience Beyond Good & Evil today, look no further. This 20th anniversary edition is indeed the ultimate version of the Ubisoft classic, whether in terms of technique or bonuses! The adventures of Jade and her friends have even aged surprisingly well, even booking in 2024 a dense, gripping, well-paced epic where the word “adventure” takes on its full meaning (exploration, action, racing, etc.). Afterwards, over the years, there are some things that are a little dated. Newcomers will, for example, be annoyed by some puzzles/hidden passages that are not always obvious. For the rest, even the strange new face of Double-H does not detract from the beauty of Hillys and the exciting conspiracy hidden there... A cult video game, that's for sure.- Jeuxvideo.com

The beginning of a dynasty? The Samoan Bloodline has ruled the WWE for over half a century: Dwayne Johnson, Roman Reigns' Fatu and Anoa'i families can attest. With The Island and an interesting open world, WWE 2K25 aims to revive its family tree. It's a milestone, but with significant room for improvement for this ambitious mode. Despite its richness, the latter lacks a map, shaky matchmaking, and a near-essential need for VC (virtual currency) to be competitive online. It's a first step toward the heights already reached in terms of lifespan: the game modes and customization options are still gargantuan enough to impress newcomers. A good omen for the future of the violent saga.- Jeuxvideo.com

Yes, because of its lower definition, It’s About Time exhibits sluggish panoramas. Nothing too intrusive for overall readability, except perhaps for times when the character is sliding from one rail to another at full speed, but the downgrade should be noted.- Jeuxvideo.com

While we may regret the screaming artistic direction and the game modes that lack craziness, we cannot deny that the core gameplay of Knockout City is really fun and well thought out. By putting aim aside in favor of feints and co-op, the title from Velan Games offers an exhilarating experience with real personality. Everything loses in clarity once in close combat, of course, but does not spoil the experience for all that. Knockout City is a highly recommendable experience.- Jeuxvideo.com

As a pretext for a trip to the worlds of Disney, it is mesmerizing from start to finish, thanks to an exemplary artistic direction that adapts constantly to the subject. It offers a surprising variety of gameplay and constantly draws the eye, thanks to its dynamic fights. However, the redundancy of the confrontations and its ultra condensed scenario which is lost in uninvited dialogues will sometimes tend to annoy or tire.- Jeuxvideo.com

It would be a lie to say that The Sims 4: Werewolves revolutionizes the gaming experience, but for a simple game pack it is surprisingly interesting. On many points, it is of course reminiscent of The Sims 4: Vampires and even offers more individual and group mechanics. As such, The Sims 4: Werewolves is not just another pack, but a good addition that will allow you to explore many new branches and customize your Sims and their stories even more. If there were not a few balancing concerns and global weariness for all kinds of packs, the Sims 4: Wolves-Garous would have won the title of best game pack.- Jeuxvideo.com
