Even if Tails of Iron has some flaws, starting with its back and forth and its combat system that lacks evolution, the title is simply charming. Helped by its panoply of charismatic characters, its sumptuous visuals and its successful fights requiring precision and coordination, the creation of Odd Bug Studio offers a magnificent journey that we can only recommend ... at least, if the difficulty does not suit you. Don't be afraid.- Jeuxvideo.com

Rarely has a game been so aptly named. Diablo II Resurrected is indeed a true resurrection of a PC classic from the 2000s, in a technically updated version, but which scrupulously respects the original gameplay. A project that could have been a big deal in many ways, but Vicarious Vision has enough faith in the original material and hardly changes the game design and interface.- Jeuxvideo.com

With this third release on PS5 and Xbox Series, Grand Theft Auto V has never looked so good on consoles. 4K resolution, framerate at 60 frames per second, Ray-Tracing... This port effectively uses the technical capacities of next-gen consoles to offer the most pleasant rendering possible, in particular with greatly reduced loading times. Beyond that, GTA V remains what is, namely an incredible open-world filled with activities, but which dates from 2013 and which therefore shows the number of years on certain points such as facial animations. But more than the single-player mode, it's above all GTA Online that stands out as a winner from this arrival on PS5 and Xbox Series with the addition of a tutorial for new players, exclusive content and all the game's graphic and technical improvements. based. A port which is therefore intended for players of the online mode rather than those who finished the adventure of Michael, Franklin and Trevor years ago, for lack of major novelties.- Jeuxvideo.com

Technical, joyful and superb, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order takes a lot from Uncharted, God of War, and Tomb Raider, while bringing a solid Star Wars experience, balanced between action, puzzles, and platforming.- Jeuxvideo.com

Unravel Two offers some good new ideas and has the good taste to be equally playable alone or with a friend. But the magic can’t happen twice and Unravel Two sometimes feels repetitive and predictable.- Jeuxvideo.com

If you enjoyed the first Overcooked!, Overcooked! 2 is a slightly better version of that game. The online multiplayer adds some more fun, but that’s probably not enough if you grew tired of the first game. Regardless, it's a great game.- Jeuxvideo.com

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection shows us that the spin-off series has truly come into its own, as the adventure proves remarkably solid, fully embracing the strategic identity of the spin-off series. Behind an initial approach that can be a little disorienting, its combat system and the management of Monsties reveal a thrilling depth, driven by an optimization logic faithful to the Monster Hunter DNA. It's not all perfect—some areas lack balance, the side quests remain quite conventional, and the plot sometimes struggles to maintain momentum—but the essential element lies elsewhere. With this third installment, the Stories formula matures and offers a dense, demanding, and surprisingly engaging adventure, provided you're willing to play by its rules.- Jeuxvideo.com

Sometimes confusing, sometimes really hard to handle, Mordhau is a game that quickly becomes fun to play and really brutal. There is a certain sens of humor in it, close to the Monty Python, that brings an exotic flavour to this tense medieval battle game.- Jeuxvideo.com

With an amazing art design and a polished and clean atmosphere, Ashen is far more than a basic Dark Souls clone. It has a more friendly universe and game philosophy, but sometimes fails to be fun, especially when it comes to AI cooperation or online multiplayer.- Jeuxvideo.com

The new benchmark for the Codemasters saga? F1 23 via the breath of EA Sports releases the best vintage in terms of content for the license, especially thanks to the addition of the F1 World mode. Even if you are not really well guided towards the latter, it will fill many hours of your time with its many well-renewed challenges and quests. A lack now filled for the Formula 1 saga, which is still going around in circles in the animations and its technical rendering. The 2023 opus is a great gateway to the world of single-seaters, with the bonus of the continuation of Point de Rupture, the rather interesting Drive to Survive scenario.- Jeuxvideo.com

The punk-apo revolution won't happen in 2025. Building on the saga's historical qualities and seeking to iron out its flaws, Borderlands 4 shines with its artistic direction, its generosity, its RPG mechanics, its cooperative multiplayer, and the dynamism of its combat, but it comes up against a harsh reality. A looter-shooter struggles to thrive in an open world. This newfound freedom offered to Vault Hunters ends up exacerbating a pervasive feeling of repetitiveness. Fans of the genre in perpetual search for power should find what they're looking for, those eager to explore an unknown world a little less so.- Jeuxvideo.com

MLB The Show's 2021 vintage isn't a strike out, far from it. The title of Sony San Diego does not revolutionize its formula, but refines it in depth, from the more readable interface to the new very complete stadium editor, including the addition of the cross-platform and a perfect cloud backup. The heart of the game is still beating strong, namely a very faithful transcription of the major leagues by adding dynamism and variety in the realization to the clear and customizable gameplay.- Jeuxvideo.com

If you're into fighting games, this compilation should satisfy you. It's clear that Capcom is making every effort to appeal to new players as well. This includes options to facilitate learning without forgetting veterans who will be able to rediscover the ultimate versions of their fighting games, now playable online against real opponents remotely. But despite these efforts, it's hard to deny that these titles won't appeal to everyone for several reasons: the gameplay is sometimes dated, the graphics are from another era, even if the overall package hasn't aged so badly. Furthermore, they all require a significant investment to really get the most out of them...- Jeuxvideo.com

With a second rolling start on PS5 and Xbox Series X, F1 22 has put some oil in its engine. A little more animation during the celebrations and on the track with the arrival of the safety car in the race, the addition of events with Supercars to drive and drops in FPS during less significant cutscenes than in 2021, the standing of the latest generation of consoles is finally respected. Codemasters has succeeded in making this new title a reference for multiplayer games with the adjustment to the new rules, the addition of sprint races and a new pit entry system. We will just grumble about the too superficial F1 Life space and the lack of inspiration on the content, but F1 22 is well worth it for new motorsport fans and multiplayer enthusiasts.- Jeuxvideo.com

Seductive atmosphere, impeccable immersion, neat narrative, the supercharged universe of Weird West is as vast as it is generous. For twenty hours in a straight line, the immersive simulation experience provides good sensations and a coherent RPG dimension despite an AI that is still too perfectible.- Jeuxvideo.com

With Ghostrunner 2, the One More Level studio is making an action-adventure shift that is not without its challenges. By focusing on larger and not always very precise areas, we lose a little of what made the first part charming... Here, “die and retry” is more often synonymous with frustration, which results in a less addictive experience! The adventure is thus punctuated by attempts (more or less successful) to flesh out the experience - with a few passages that stand out, particularly in the second part. We therefore end up with a pleasant experience, driven by gameplay that is always effective, but which gets lost a little too often.- Jeuxvideo.com

It's a small jump that Milestone offers with MotoGP 22. The official simulation of the world motorcycle speed championship is better made than the previous part, but does not manage to take the series to a new level. The fault with a graphic quality in game, with an engine which begins to age without forgetting that the license stagnates in the animations and its career mode. However, the title manages to bring interest with its new "Season Nine" mode retracing the mythical 2009 season, a convincing artificial intelligence and a split screen finally available. The Italian studio limits the damage, the benchmark title for MotoGP will wait.- Jeuxvideo.com

Life is Strange: True Colors is an experience that can be appreciated in the sweetness of its journey, sublimated by shimmering colors, animations more accomplished than ever and very beautiful melodies. With this episode, Deck Nine Games chose to explore empathy from top to bottom; a preponderant aspect in the powers granted, the narration and the construction of the characters. The whole provides a very neat adventure on a human level, but which undeniably lacks a certain liveliness in its actions and the unfolding of the plot. The result is an investigation that lacks a certain panache.- Jeuxvideo.com
