Lightmatter is a very interesting Portal-like game, featuring some brilliant ideas and puzzles based on light and shadow.

Less inspired than its predecessor, that second episode is more of a transition for the second part of the season. But there’s still some good stuff, among which its good writing.

Shredders is quite successful, and will easily appeal to fans of sliding and demanding gameplay.

Tropico 6 doesn’t stray too far from its comfort zone but it keeps on offering good fun while being very steady in its solid gameplay mechanics.

This fourth episode, out of five, of The Concil, is not as great as the previous stories, due mainly to technical issues. While some sequences are quite good and show consequences in our choices, we're still waiting for the big reveal.

Generous in terms of fan service, equipped with complementary scripted modes and gameplay ideas that blend well with the style of the original work, Rise of New Champions is a good Captain Tsubasa game, but in some ways it forgets to be a good soccer game.

With a scenario designed for an episodic release and a bit of fan service, this first DLC is a good way to continue the adventure of Odyssey, even if the region of Macedonia is already known to us.

Voice of Cards is undeniably fun to follow, especially thanks to its frankly successful “board game” aesthetic. However, he fails to fully engage the player in his adventure, the fault of overly simplistic and intrusive fights. This leaves a very nice game, often funny and enjoyable to play, but unfortunately punctuated by moments of trouble.

It remains an effective game, quite enjoyable and is without doubt the one that most faithfully respects the spirit of the famous brand, with that same nostalgic and passionate vision that we could have had ourselves, a few years earlier.

The penalty system, plus the capricious AI is quickly frustrating but FIA European Truck Racing Championship has many qualities that may speak to the racing truck fans.

GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon has potential, for sure. It will only take a few tweaks and additional rooms to become a highly commendable Rogue-lite. As it stands, we mainly regret the jumps that are a little too steep, and the ergonomic and questionable balancing choices. But these are the kinds of grievances that can easily be mitigated as an early access phase progresses. For the rest, it offers pleasant fights and a rich bestiary, straight out of Japanese folklore. Both solid and promising, Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game has some good ideas, such as the Eye of Sauron, which keeps pressure on the player. But too often, the game pushes the player toward its micro-transactions system. [Early Access score = 65]
