This year, we really thought Call of Duty Warfare Infinite was going to get crushed by Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2, but the game manages to be a great episode, with a single player campaign worthy of interest and a well-rounded and fun to play multiplayer. You can believe us, it's a good one.- JeuxActu

Epic from start to finish, weird and attractive at the same time, Soul Sacrifice is an original game that takes its time to reveal it's potential. The universe is carefully crafted and the ambiance mixing uneasiness and sadness make a vault that fits the PS Vita tailored gameplay. A direct competitor of Monster Hunter, Soul Sacrifice does not match the list of monsters but sheds light on the obsolete game mechanics of Capcom's game while renewing the concept. Too bad that this game still suffers from it's youth as some mistakes are present, but we hope those will disappear in an upcoming sequel.- JeuxActu

XCOM: Chimera Squad feels a lot like a small budget spin-off of the main IP, and after a few hours it felt quite harsh, but in the end, Firaxis's awesome gameplay saves it all.- JeuxActu

After spending over 110 hours in Pywel, there’s really no debate: Crimson Desert absolutely delivers on its promise of a massive open world. Pearl Abyss has built something huge and alive, with a real sense of freedom. You’re not constantly being guided, you have to observe, experiment, get lost and that’s honestly where the game shines. Content-wise, it’s massive. You’re looking at around 120 to 140 hours just for the main story, and easily up to 400 if you want to see everything. The combat system is also a big highlight, it’s deep, fast-paced, and pretty demanding, with tons of options. Every fight requires focus, but that’s exactly what makes it so satisfying. Visually, the game looks incredible, with a world that feels immersive and believable. That said, it’s not perfect: the difficulty can be pretty unforgiving, it takes time to really get comfortable with the controls, and the story doesn’t always hit as hard as it should. In the end, Crimson Desert is a huge game. Ambitious, sometimes tough, definitely not for everyone, but if you’re willing to fully invest yourself in it, it’s a pretty amazing experience.- JeuxActu

At the end of the day, you can't find any big problems that could waste your game experience of Endless Space. Some might say that the battles aren't spectacular enough, the IA is too basic, or the graphic engine is very demanding. But it's nothing if you look at the long nights you'll spent managing your galactic empire. For this price, do not hesitate. End turn.- JeuxActu

After a few main episodes and some zombie spin offs, Rebellion has got it and makes Sniper Elite 4 one of the best sniping/infiltration games around. It might even get some new players aboard the IP.- JeuxActu

With its remarkably effective 4 Vs 1 asymetric gameplay, 2K's latest shooter brings an alternative to the likes of COD and BF. With a new concept that makes you hunt before you fight, Trutle Rock's game has it all to make its mark in the e-sports arena.- JeuxActu

Cronos The New Dawn is Bloober Team’s most ambitious project, heavily inspired by survival horror classics. Its post-apocalyptic Polish setting, retro-futuristic art style, and oppressive atmosphere are impressive highlights, showing the studio’s talent for building immersive, unsettling worlds. Yet the game struggles with rigid, outdated gameplay, clunky combat, and puzzles that feel too simplistic. Its reliance on Dead Space, Resident Evil, and Silent Hill leaves little room for true innovation, preventing it from becoming a genre-defining title. While not the breakthrough it aims to be, Cronos marks an important step for Bloober Team. It’s a respectful homage that will please fans of old-school survival horror, but may leave others hoping for something bolder.- JeuxActu

Artistically, it is certain that Compulsion Games offers us its finest copy, with a game that constantly flirts with the beautiful and sometimes the sublime, all cradled by a soundtrack as captivating as it is enriching. But if the coating is more than successful, the gameplay proposition is much less so, since South of Midnight languishes in a rather staggering classicism. With its limited and repetitive gameplay loop, the structure of its levels that is far too linear and conventional, disappointing bosses and a bestiary of distressing poverty (there are 6 different enemies during the 15 hours of adventure), we realize that Compulsion Games has favored form over substance. Be careful, it is far from being catastrophic, but there is nothing exciting either, and it is all the more regrettable that certain mechanics, although conventional, manage to work at times. South of Midnight is clearly a game built for Game Pass: it plays well when it's part of the subscription.- JeuxActu

If you didn't have a chance to play Valiant Hearts yet, go ahead. This Switch version is very good, with untouched graphics and a vast choice of gameplay, with the option of tactile or gamepad controls depending of your liking. We would have loved a new chapter about Georges though.- JeuxActu

This new version of Sleeping Dogs can't compete with its Square Enix mate: Tomb Raider Definitive Edition. The game's graphics have undoubtedly been improved but sadly not enough. It still can't compete with the PC version, which makes it useless for all the gamers who already played the game. If you never experienced this nice GTA-like, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition is the way to go.- JeuxActu

It's hard to get a definitive idea about HITMAN. On one side we see an episodic game plagued by server problems and a sketchy optimisation on PC, on the other it may well be the best opus from the IP since Blood Money.- JeuxActu

Some games gather the players together. Some divide them. Obviously, ZombiU belongs to second category. On the one hand, Ubisoft did very well to use the Wii U Gamepad and asymmetric gameplay brings something new to the multiplayer experience. But, on the other hand, ZombiU isn't visually impressive and some players won't appreciate the difficulty level that sometimes has been pushed too high.- JeuxActu

TERA is not a game that will revolutionize the MMORPG world, offering repetitive and boring quests. However, its battle system, taking a page out of action titles, happens to propose a more dynamic and interesting gameplay that MMORPG commonly offer on the market. For the first time, the ability to aim and move play a part in TERA, and the beauty of its graphics and its charming universe can be considered as strong points, which is not alwalys the case in titles like this.- JeuxActu

With a wait of almost three years, Tales of Graces F could have been a great disappointment. But the wait is now over, and despite the first few hours lacking of energy, the title proves that Namco Bandai Games masters its subject. Like Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Graces F hides at first a great potential that finally reveals itself gradually during the adventure. A pleasant surprise that only suffers from old-fashioned graphics.- JeuxActu

With As Dusk Falls, a new step is taken in the transformation of classic adventure games into "narrative experiences" intended for a general audience. The INTERIOR/NIGHT studio even pushes the cursor to reach the status of interactive photo-novel, due to a singular artistic direction, based essentially on still images.- JeuxActu

Faithful to the series, in its qualities as in its defaults, this new episode of Sniper Elite 5 hardly surprises. The faithful who were waiting for the full of innovations or a huge technical leap will therefore be at their expense. But this status quo also has its advantages. It is the guarantee of highly pleasing kill cams, an open and proven level design, numerous infiltration mechanics and, above all, fun and realistic sniping gameplay.- JeuxActu

Released two years after War for Cybertron, Transformers : Fall of Cybertron had plenty of time to correct the mistakes of the first episode. However, instead of doing so, the developers prefered to work on the different robots players could play with in the sequel. Thereby, featuring a varied gameplay, Fall of Cybertron appears to be a good game to blow off some steam, just hoping the next sequel will be better.- JeuxActu

Let’s be real: Screamer 2026 is a great surprise. This isn’t some lazy nostalgia reboot, Milestone actually took risks, and that’s something you have to respect. In a genre where Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon dominate the sim side, and arcade racers like Burnout or Need for Speed have kind of faded away, Screamer brings something fresh. The Echo System, inspired by fighting games, turns races into real mind games, managing meters, timing your moves, anticipating your opponent. And honestly, it works. The dual-stick drifting takes some getting used to, but once it clicks, it feels great, really precise, really satisfying. Visually, the game stands out too, with strong Akira vibes and a cool 2D/3D style. It’s not perfect though: the story drags a bit, and the first hours can feel repetitive. It’s not a “pick up and play” racer, it asks for patience. But if you stick with it, you’ll find a game that actually tries to do something different.- JeuxActu
