Dino Dini's Kick Off Revival's merit is in putting the original Kick Off series under the spotlight again. Use an emulator and go for the real thing: a game like Goal! is far better than this poor and lazy new version.

Playdead's Inside is a strange, freaky and compelling game. With stunning visuals and a graceful control scheme, it's a perfect, small, indie game.

A very ambitious action-RPG in The Witcher style, which sometimes convinces but in other aspects is still a bit immature.

Grand Kingdom is a JRPG that combines good tactic structure with a frantic, fun action. A great compromise for those who love the genre.

Odin Sphere Leifthrasir reworks a title that already at the time showed great potential, turning it into an extraordinary experience. Artistically sublime, deep, captivating, the game of Vanillaware is a great title for every gamer.

Redlynx's Trials serie meets, actually crashes, with the Far Cry's Blood Dragon style. The results are totally rambling, hurray!

A Solid and deep JRPG, with an exceptional attention to detail. Unfortunately, it suffers from repetition and a certain redundancy narrative.

A Director's Cut which adds little to a title anything but perfect, although definitely recommended to those looking for a little bit different zombie game.

Mighty No.9 is a great old school action platformer. Although it doesn't reinvent anything new, it shows a remarkable game, although weakened by some ingenuity, especially technical.

Exploration, survival, crafting, puzzles. In The Solus Project, none of these elements touches heights of excellence, but otherwise the game is not bad at all.

Valentino Rossi: The Game is the official MotoGP videogame for 2016, with tons of content and features, and good gameplay.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst is quite a good game, but not the exceptional one we were expecting and looking for. The new open world scheme is good, while the main campaign is nothing to cheer for.

If you feel nostalgia for classic arcade adventure games from the Nineties like Flashback and Another World, you should not miss this one. But be aware of it’s unforgiving level design.

Dead Island and the expansion Riptide are good examples of how to combine RPG, action, survival horror, splatter and exploration with solid gameplay mechanics, especially in the combat system area.

One Piece: Burning Blood is far from perfection, especially if you are a fighting games lover. Much better if you like Rufy and company. In this case, you will find one of the best representation of One Piece’s characters in a videogame.

If it wasn't for the bugs and the awful graphical optimization, Homefront: The Revolution certainly would deserve more and it's one of the rare cases in which a sequel is better than the predecessor.
