Unravel is a romantic and funny platform game in which emotions and beauty are tied tightly with simplicity.

While Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon can be considered a fair enough roguelike with some interesting feature, its quality is damaged by an unbalanced difficulty.

A racing game full of contents and cars, fun to drive with the standard controller, but unfortunately plagued by some technical issues and an old graphics engine.

Klaus is a really fascinating game, full of nice little touches, but with flawed controls and some frustrating moments.

The best Etrian Odyssey game to date, although it could easily become very repetitive.

Cobalt is a resourceful game stained only by a controversial artistic direction. An indie gem that, between single-player and multiplayer, gives everything and does it well.

Very good graphics, great character design, but LEGO's typical gameplay is becoming a little bit tedious.

The Bug Butcher is a little, nice game. Its funny and cleverly designed, but too short and a little boring in the second half of the game.

There is no reason not to download World of Tanks immediately on your console: you can either play for free for hours and then go back to ordinary COD-like online arenas, or you can truly enjoy it and discover a tactical and original FPS.

A masterpiece. The Witness is an amazing and clever experience, rich in details and love. The game design is simply elegant and the atmosphere is out of this world.

Pony Island is a unique, weird, impossible-to-describe little game. It's clever, often surprising and with tons of personality, but its mechanics can prove a bit repetitive.

If you're into digital narration and you love Amblin movies from the eighties, maybe with a bit of John Carpenter in them, you should not miss Oxenfree. If you hate games where the main activity is talking, stay away from it.

It has a short campaign and a steep price, but this homeworld-in-the-desert has style in spades, and a solid, albeit simple, RTS core.

A moving and incredibly poignant game that succeeds in what it's trying to accomplish despite its many missteps. If you're into interactive narration, you should definitely give it a try.

Resident Evil Zero HD is a good old school survival horror, full of great, dark atmosphere. Despite the obvious technical improvements it's the gameplay that suffers the most: clunky and often unintuitive, the game has aged badly, although this doesn't affect the overall quality of the game.

A good italian indie game, so focused on being “old school” that it tuns out to be outdated, but still fun to play.

Hardware Rivals is poor fun: few cars and a weak variety of matches are thrown in the mix of a game that doesn't excite and that makes even driving and shooting something really not that amazing.

A thoroughly great action RPG. On PC it has near perfect fluidity and all the epic feel of the Xbox 360/PS3 edition. A valid alternative to The Witcher 3 or Dark Souls, if one can withstand graphics that are not really on par with today's standards.

Amplitude is a fascinating rhythm game, that focuses on hardcore electronic music. But it gives the player the somewhat unsatisfying feeling to have to catch up with music, rather than "creating" it.

Minecraft Wii U Edition is just another version of Mojang's great sandbox. Unfortunately, there is an evident lack of Wii U GamePad integration that makes its use very prosaic. If you've already played another version of Minecraft, you probably won't be thrilled.
