Octopath Traveler manages to remain faithful to the glorious past of the JRPG genre without feeling outdated.

Triangle Strategy is an intense and rewarding experience, perhaps not gritty, but incredibly solid and deep.

Another good shot for Capcom, and finally we can play the four Mega Man Zero in their best form: we have the most balanced versions ever, for at least twenty beautiful hours. A love letter to the fans and a good opportunity for the other to know a good part of videogames history. Unfortunately the greatest extra of the collection, the Z Chaser, is not good as it looks like at first and its forbidden controls remapping ruins the experience.

Huge, engaging and colorful, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is the best LEGO game to date. Too bad the difficulty level is very low.

Despite the reassurances from Respawn Entertainment and the clear efforts by Bluepoint Games, the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall is not really on par with the original editions: the content might be the very same, yet the performance struggles quite a bit. In other words, Titans seem apparently more at ease with orbital drops than with generational leaps.

Although the Vita version of Child of Light can’t compete with the PC and home consoles one, this still remains a great game, with stunning visuals, a great soundtrack and a smart combat system.

Moss: Book II, the second part of Quill's journey is a much more complete and engaging experience. Building on the experience accumulated with the first chapter, Polyarc has built a sequel with ingenious puzzles and clashes with enemies that, although not particularly difficult , manage to maintain tension thanks to the variety of high interactions possible between the player, the environment, the enemies and the protagonist.

An unique game, steeped in Japanese culture to the core and exciting in its multiple storylines... and it's also the best Yakuza played so far.

MLB The Show 25 proves to be one of the best sports series currently available. San Diego Studio's game stands out for the main modes (Road To The Show and Diamond Dynasty above all). Also appreciable are the changes in batting and defense, while on the graphics front there is room for improvement.

Jusant mixes adventure, exploration, a cryptic and mysterious storyline and lots of climbing sections with good results. It's not a genre for everyone, but if you've always dreamed of a mix of Grow Home, Journey and The Climb, here it is.

A classic recipe, elevated to a “gourmet” level: with Swap Force Activision produced a visually stunning game, an engaging experience, perfect for a father-and-son gameplay experience. And the statues are amazing.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 doesn't disappoint: endowed with a massive longevity, characterized by a living and fascinating world and blessed by a fabulous narration, the game is an unmissable JRPG. Despite some technical hesitation and certain glitches in the gameplay, it's impossible to remain indifferent to a job of such scale and quality.

Shadowlands is an appropriate expansion in many ways, but between merits and novelties stand out a masterful audio-visual system and a fun worthy of the golden days. It doesn't revolutionize anything, but it reshapes the progression system with intelligence to rejuvenate an evergreen like World of Warcraft.

The Messenger is a brilliant action platformer (...or is it a metroidvania?), full of irony and pretty difficult jumps. The time shift between the 8-bit past and the 16-bit "future" is what makes the game shine - even with its low replayability.
