A dive into the past, of course, but which does not bask in simple nostalgia, trying to offer the best of side-scrolling beat'em up genre, not just the Streets of Rage saga. A quarter century later, walking around a city full of thugs has probably never been this fun.

Steamworld Dig is a great game, a tiny masterpiece, with a sublime gameplay which works perfectly, thanks to an intuitive and extremely fluid control system. One of the best for the eShop.

Codemasters steers further in the direction of pure arcade racing by eliminating posh extras such as cockpit views and set-up options, in favor of spectacular visuals and social features. Oversteering and underdeveloped, GRID 2's driving mechanics still remain quite solid and fully enjoyable by anyone.

A game that's clearly the product of passion, talent and dedication, Enter The Gungeon is an exciting twin stick shooter that mixes up elements ranging from The Binding of Isaac, Dark Souls and Ikaruga (among others...). The result is a delightful and sadistic cocktail that the most hardcore gamers will fall in love with, but also one that is definitely not for everyone.

There's just one reason to avoid Dragon's Crown: you hate old-school side scrolling beat'em ups. If you don't, you just can't miss Vanillaware masterpiece, a game built on a solid and deep combat system and George Kamitani's beautiful graphics.

Child of Light is a delightful game, graced by stunning visuals and a solid combat system, capable of giving a fresh new touch to the genre. Ubi Montreal's game is creative and entertaining, as well as one of the finest JRPGs for some time now.

Football 26 is a sequel that improves every detail of the previous chapter without distorting its essence; a simulation that is a journey at heart of college football, designed especially for those who love the single-player experience: a bold choice in a world dominated by multiplayer. Deeper than Madden, more exciting, and above all, more authentic.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon has everything you would expect from a perfect DLC. It's different from the main game for atmosphere, settings and game world, it is durable, the price is fully justified and gameplay doesn't betray the original Far Cry 3 model.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds' strenghts are in its distinctly arcade feel and sense of speed, it's an incredibly fun kart game with a strong personality that clearly sets it apart from the competition. If you're looking for a kart game and don't own a Nintendo console, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is the answer, but it's also a solid alternative for everyone else, with cross-play undoubtedly adding value to the package, along with the extensive post-launch support already announced.

Resident Evil HD Remaster is a fairly useless purchase for those who already perfectly know the 2002 GameCube version. However this is still a great game, even though after 13 years it was perhaps better to update it a bit 'more apart for graphics and sound.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is a more than decent return for BioWare's fantasy series, thanks mainly to a compelling storyline and a good combat system. However, the graphic compartment, the lack of RPG depth, and very repetitive gameplay gimmicks contribute to lowering the final rating.
