Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is a deep, fascinating game, however, which precedes the narrative component to the gameplay: the important thing is to know what you are buying.

GRIME is an excellent soulslike metroidvania. Starting from a solid and consistent base layer that takes heavy inspiration from Dark Souls and Hollow Knight, it brings to the table its own ideas and concepts in order to offer an experience with its own rich personality. Inspired bosses, especially in the second half, and an excellent gameplay complete the package. Highly recommended.

In Disgaea 5 Complete you'll have a mountain of things to do. It has deep gameplay mechanics but it could be better balanced.

Danganronpa V3 is more than a simple visual novel. It's a game that superbly outlined microcosm artfully prepared by the developers; the third episode of a mature and fascinating series, Able to dealing with strong themes and a great sense of irony. A small pearl that should push you to look prequel and play the whole saga.

Perhaps it doesn't reach the heights of Dragonfall in the writing department, but this is still a wonderful walk in the Sixth World.

Planet Robobot is the same old, funny and colorful Kirby game. Enjoyable, full of extra modes and a bit on the predictable side.

A thirty years old JRPG that manages to appear younger and have fresher ideas of many contemporary games. A true gem that would be a shame not to play.

Despite its attempts at innovation, Assassin's Creed Shadows ultimately feels quite familiar in too many ways. The story, while somewhat fragmented, remains enjoyable for most of its duration, thanks to the well-developed protagonists and a good supporting cast. The gameplay introduces some interesting ideas, but the repetitive nature of certain tasks and the outdated AI prevent the new mechanics from reaching their full potential. Nonetheless, players who are drawn to the Japanese setting and fans of the typical Ubisoft's open-world adventures will probably enjoy the game without too many compromises.

Football Manager 2016 is the cornerstone of a new era. The game we already know gets many little improvements, and Create-A-Club and online Fantasy Draft modes, despite some restrictions, are a precious and welcome additions (and addictions) to the game.

The new Tearaway is even bigger, more exciting exciting and challenging than ever. Ignoring it would be a great shame, and belittling it a huge mistake.

Too fast, too furious: Trackmania Turbo is the same old Trackmania, with its hard challenges and some new multiplayer modes. Sometimes it tries too hard to punish the player... and it succeeds!

The score is given on trust, because at the moment you might not get into an online match even after several attempts, not to mention other bugs and graphic glitches. An upcoming patch should resolve most of the problems, but right now the bugs are still there and the single player is really weak. Multiplayer, instead, is the usual blast and the new modes, new maps and 64 players in Conquest mode are simply great.

Who was expecting such a big Wolfenstein return four years after the previous title? Not many, but MachineGames has developed a very good shooter with mixed gameplay (shoot&stealth), an interesting plot and great characters.

Please do yourself a favor and buy Downwell now, on PC or on iOs, wherever it suits you. This masterpiece has a thing that most of modern AAA games lack: pure fun. A wonderful shoot'em up and a love letter to the genre.

Dual Destinies is an excellent chapter in the series. The gameplay is the same that we learned to love, but it's a little more varied and refined. The cast sees a lot of new characters: the fans might miss some of the classics, but the narrative quality is top notch.

A splendidly surreal experience, with astounding narrative and visual strength that can leave you repeatedly breathless in front of the screen even if it only lasts a couple of ours, tops. You don't very often see this quality of writing in videogames and you should not miss it, unless you hate these kinds of story focused experiences.

GranBlue Fantasy Versus Rising is a major expansion that significantly changes the gameplay. The new mechanics open up longer combos and more active defense options while making simplified inputs the standard. The story mode is engaging but short; offline-loving players may find it lacking. However, the new characters are well-designed and fun to play, and the improved netcode is a welcome addition for online players.

A title that tests one's ability to focus on a goal without giving up. At any cost. Even if it were necessary to leave the computer paused for hours, to not lose the progress made in that level. Nothing new, neither as gameplay nor as atmosphere, but overall, it is pleasant... if you’ve got the patience of the dolphin Jones.

F1 22 is amazing on track, delivering great fun and thrilling action to all F1 fans. Physics and the new driving model, even if through the usual simcade lens, stage unpredictable and intense races. On the other hand, F1 Life and Supercar are shallow addition, very far from Codemasters standards in terms of quality and attention to the details. Overall, the New Era of F1 is brilliant of track, while not-so-new in terms of experience outside the paddock.
