Age of Wonders: Planetfall brings a new setting, and lots of improvements, to a classical 4X series. The increased complexity can be occasionally overwhelming, but the strategical experience remains top notch.

Etrian Odyssey Nexus is a bittersweet farewell to the series as we know it. It does not add much content to the classic formula, but gives to the players the biggest Etrian Odyssey adventure to date.

One tap, a lot of enemies and an engaging combat/movement system. Spooklands is a fine game that manage to entertain with one simple mechanic perfectly executed.

After all these years, Lumines is still an addictive puzzle game. Don't miss it.

Fall Guys is a crazy and cozy take of the battle royale concept. Mediatonic did a brilliant job in creating a social platform with 11 hectic events, with the classic “easy to learn, difficult to master” party gameplay. If the British studio keeps supporting the game with new content, it has the chance to become a proper classic.

A fun - if unoriginal - fantasy hack'n slash game both good for a single player experience and a multiplayer adventure- The free to play elements feel fair and the end game content is hard enough to pose as an interesting challenge.

RedOut is fast and is furious. Its tight controls and spectacular tracks make it one of the best futuristic racing game out there.

God of War debuts on PS4 with a technically well done remastered edition... that lacks everything else. It's just one game, without any meaningful bonus content and a tag price a bit on the high end.

A clever, fascinating exploration game based on puzzle solving. It's brief and it doesn't offer any replay value, but it's also different from every other game around.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past is a classic JRPG with a lot of enjoyable content, but characterized by a slow pace.

While graphically Senua's Saga: Hellblade II offers memorable glimpses and moments, anything beyond the visual impact and the dark and fierce atmosphere is disappointing, especially for a sequel announced five years ago on which Microsoft bet big.

Conquest of Paradis isn't a bad DLC by any means, it's just a bit light, the new mechanics aren't entirely spot on and the historical plausibility of the colonial era remains debatable.

1080p and 60fps (or even 4K and 60fps on PS4 Pro) and the very good price of 19,99 euros give the game a new chance to be enjoyed.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is an excellent debut. Even if the story ends a bit in the background, the beauty of the world, the animations and the combat system make the adventure of Kena and his friends Rot's truly memorable.

A really good sequel and a great old-school graphic adventure. Graphics are very good, the writing is extremely funny, puzzles are smart and complex, and the game is really long.

A solid tactical game with some pretty good ideas, damaged by repetitive missions and a lack of a meaningful squad and strategy management.

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is a musou proudly holding on to the canonical series, which fails, however, to shine due to a backward technical compartment.

A very clever and addictive shoot'em up co-op game, with a lovable, not pun intended, appearance. Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime has some little flaws, like its difficulty spikes, but aside those it's perfectly executed.

Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance is a tactical RPG deep and infinitely durable. The innovations made to gameplay, though not epochal, can give the right breath of fresh air to the brand. A great game for all fans of Japanese RPGs, and a good start for anyone who wants to approach the genre.

If on the narrative side the differences compared to Three Houses may not please many, the many innovations made to the combat-system make Fire Emblem Engage a tactical JRPG of absolute thickness.

Watch Dogs is a very good free roaming game, with nice graphics (even without the gorgeous visuals we saw in the first trailers), interesting hacking-based gameplay mechanics, and solid gunplay. Sadly, the story, very poor and badly written, is not what a game like this deserves.

Drop Wizard is a real (and fun to play) tribute to old school games, for both visuals and gameplay. It’s not perfect but nevertheless fun.
