A good port of Minecraft, nearly identical to the Xbox 360 one. The PC version is bigger and better, but this is a quality console experience.

Diablo III is the best journey Blizzard has ever made in the world of console gaming. The control system is perfect and the flavour of slaying monsters on your sofa, with a joypad in your hands, is sometimes better than the one you feel with your PC. Graphics, though, remain better on a good computer.

MLB The Show 19 is a solid game and worth the yearly upgrade. The Road to the Show is still fun and there are some nice new additions (the mode "March to October").

An excellent conversion for one of the best Civs to date. Great interface, good performances. Too bad for the battery drain, but with two full hours playtime of it's very reasonable and acceptable, considering the quality of the port.

Resident Evil VII is a panic-inducing game and one hell of a survival horror. It successfully goes back to the roots of the series and while it could last longer, is a thrill-ride you don't want to miss.

Lara faces her greatest adventure yet. It's a compelling and interesting journey, just a bit too close to the 2013 reboot in terms of pure gameplay. But a joy to play and explore nonetheless.

SteamWorld Heist is a turn-based strategy game technically delicious and unexpectedly deep. A small jewel that fans should not miss.

Funnier than ever, Luigi's Mansion 3 is a perfect comeback for the series and a worthy addition to anyone's Switch library.

Even on PS4 A Realm Reborn is a great game, with the upgrade to Full HD which is especially useful for a better HUD management. The DualShock 4 is comfy enough, and the touchpad helps to navigate better the interface. The game's major issue remains the excessive lag (but it's still better than on PS3).

Luigi's back, in his best game yet. Luigi's Mansion 2: Dark Moon is a joyful adventure, remarkably polished, easy to fall in love with and full of stuff to discover and to play with. Visually outstanding, the game surpasses - in every way - the original Gamecube game, but the multiplayer mode is still archaic.

Dragon's Dogma II is both a blessing and a curse for fans of the genre and the series itself. A game that, even more, reflects Hideaki Itsuno's desire to keep players from breathing space or advantages.
