We're 110% behind Tower Five's proposition with Empire of the Ants, which offers an original, exotic voyage off the beaten track, delivering a charismatic production. It's a big yes.

Frogwares tries to do a bit too much and there a some annoying bugs left, but this new entry in the franchise still offers some interesting innovations for the fans, and becomes a great entry to discover Sherlock Holmes' video game adventures.

Although there are still a few areas that could use some tweaking —particularly in terms of ergonomics— Crimson Desert manages to live up to the hype. It’s not perfect, but the authenticity of its world, the richness of its content, and its engaging gameplay make it a standout title for the start of 2026. Pearl Abyss has a diamond that’s still a bit rough around the edges, but with a little polish, it’ll be nothing short of divine.

A filmed chase, twists and turns, and high replayability with a rich, well-crafted story and clean acting: The Run claims the title of king of FMVs, and it has what it takes.

With its masterful art direction, South of Midnight nevertheless suffers from gameplay that is far too poor, a bestiary that doesn't renew itself enough, and a story that doesn't follow through on its project or deepen its subtext.

There aren't many surprises in this Star Wars title, but the immersion is total, with a story that's mastered in both the open world and the linear mode. It's safe to say that it's the massive entertainment hit this summer.

Vampire The Masquerade Blood Hunt doesn't revolutionize the battle royal style, but brings some fresh new features thanks to a solid level design and nice gameplay options. A good BR game, a bit different from what we are now used to play.

A new gacha game full of charm and high class characters with a fun and dynamic gameplay. But it's the mix of inspirations that makes up the universe that really catches the eye.

A very strong tactical RPG from NeoCore, rich and enticing. King Arthur Knight’s Tale is a convincing trip in Avalon that's very close to something even greater.

Invincible VS is a competent tag fighter with interesting systems that deepens the basics of the genre, but its approach to content in a modern fighting game is perhaps a bit to old school.

There's a lot to love in As Dusk Falls. Everything surrounding the game is thoughtful. The multiplayer aspect is very smart, the Twitch integration is well thought, and the narrative tree is well made. Unfortunately, all these great ideas serve a story that has been told many times before, relies on clichés, and misses the mark on many of its more sensitive themes.

Going Medieval is already incredibly addictive in its own right, and you’ll always be left wanting more – something that’s sure to continue in the years to come. It’s a strong contender alongside established titles like Dwarf Fortress and RimWorld, offering a less punishing, visually appealing experience that’s quite varied and brimming with architectural possibilities.

Still the best rally game out there, with some impressive content and excellent dualsense compatibility on PS5. The career mode is simple but efficient and the 50th anniversary content is great for veteran players looking for some difficulty aimed at the long term fans of the license. Let's hope for some new gen engine for the next entry.

Dead Island 2 manages to stand out in a saturated zombie game scene by approaching the genre from an angle of pure and unadulterated fun, and succeeds at doing so. The arsenal is effective, the game world is a perpetual playground, and the zombies are as much an obstacle as they are a way to blow off steam. The recipe is effective enough to overlook the game's limitations and have a great time swimming in gore.

FIFA 23 misses the mark. The whole game is based on its fast pace and depth, but the collisions are still failing and infuriating. The addition of the heavy shot leaves us fearing the worst. That said, the game is very beautiful on Next Gen and the content remains enormous and will keep you busy all season, for lack of anything better.

While this remaster of Saga Frontier 2 boasts sumptuous HD graphics and a rich story with a few new features, it is still a game aimed at an audience with sufficient English skills to get through its content, whereas the original version benefited from a French translation.
