Overall, Cyto is an entertaining experience, and it's been put together very competently, but there's little here that hasn't been seen before.

Infinity Runner is a game that has a lot of really strong things going for it, while at the same time being held back by some pretty damaging issues.

It baffles and frustrates me that Wayward Manor is such a mess. All the ingredients were there: a great indie developer, a great author, and a great idea. But it goes to show that it's all in the execution.

With attractive graphics and a well-produced soundtrack, Beyond Space does its best to feel AAA, but once the game gets going it all starts to fall apart at the seams. When the game backs off and lets you blast things, it's a fun diversion, but it's let down by the woeful storyline, and the simple fact that there are many other games out there that do it better.

There is talk of a future patch that will allow players to slow the game down, but it’s the game that is on offer today that I’m being tasked to judge. As it stands, there is enough here to keep it afloat, but it is only a token victory.

If you can convince some friends to buy and play this game with you, then you can have a few hours of fun in an otherwise forgettable hack and slash.

Terrian Saga: KR-17 is simply a must play for anyone looking for a new platformer, or anyone looking to recapture the days of old.

Gripes with the latter stages aside, Shovel Knight is still a fantastic game.

Valiant Hearts isn't perfect...but it's still pretty great. It may not be completely tear-jerking, but it's still touching. The story may not be one I'll remember in detail decades from now, but it's still strong. The message may occasionally get lost in the gameplay, but it still rings true in the end.

It’s not a badly put together game, but it does commit one major cardinal sin: it’s just kinda boring.

If you're a gamer who likes action, then you'll probably want to skip the game, but if you want a game with a story that explores the human psyche, then Always Sometimes Monsters may be right up your alley.

Ionball 2: Ionstorm contains about 60 levels to bust your way through, with leaderboards for the more competitive minded folks.

Splatter lets you blow up pretty much anything you see. A big part of the fun is that you can just walk into a room and lay waste to everything. It's like Michael Bay: The Game: windows will explode, beds will explode, tables will explode, toilets will explode, cars will explode.

For veterans of the franchise, I imagine that Assault Squad 2 is another trip down into the deep, engaging pit that is the Men of War franchise. For everyone else, prepare to suffer a good, long time before you begin to master this complex game.

Lifeless Planet is a really fun experience, but not a very good game. I’d still recommend it based on the entertainment I got from exploring the mysteries of the game’s world, but I wish I didn’t have to deal with questionable puzzles and mechanics to do so.

As a puzzle game, it has a lot of potential, but the level of difficulty and lack of any sort of help means I can only recommend it to fans of truly devious spacial puzzling; anyone after a lighter brain-teaser should look elsewhere.

Super Toy Cars is not a game aimed towards adults, and yet it was still a rather enjoyable experience even for me.

Kill the Bad Guy is a game that would feel right at home as a budget priced game on a tablet considering the basic mechanics on show. On a PC it looks boring, isn’t particularly fun to play, and there’s not enough content to merit the price tag.

The Fall is a great story, well told, and it's thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.

If you’re a fan of mysteries, Murdered: Soul Suspect would be a worthy purchase.

While the story never reaches the level of Bioshock or Portal 2, Wolfenstein: The New Order is a great experience both narratively and gameplay-wise, and has way more heart than it has any right to.

With effort, dedication, and a painstaking amount of man hours, it is plain to see that Nether could become a game to rival the likes of DayZ and Rust. As it stands, I cannot suggest this game to anyone looking for a unique survival experience.
