A surprising example of the technical capabilities of the Switch. It's almost identical to the previous versions, which means lots of great fighting moments, saiyan style.

Joe Musashi re-emerges from the shadows to reclaim his title as a shinobi master with a smash-hit game that combines the depth and speed of modern hack-and-slash gameplay with the progression and arcade structure of classic titles. Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is one of the best 2D action games of 2025.

Although the first Pikmin seem too surly in their gameplay, this experience is much more pleasant without "insulting" our gaming capacity. In addition, it is much more beautiful and enormously varied. It has it all, explorers.

Like the Phoenix, Final Fantasy XVI rises from the ashes to regain its throne among the best RPGs. It is a game that exudes a confidence and firmness when it comes to carrying out everything that we have not seen in the saga for years, showing that Final Fantasy does not need to wait its turn to shine like a star.

Legacy of Thieves Collection brings back two extraordinary adventure games, with 4K resolution and up to 120 FPS in performance + mode. It is a must for newcomers, but if you already played PS4 versions, this remaster feels too short. There is no extra content and visual upgrade is not enough to buy them again.

Polyphony Digital comes back to the roots with a driving simulator that feels better than ever by doing the same as ever, thanks to a very unique style. It has some little issues in terms of balance, but, inside the tracks and beyond them, it is a worthy successor of 25 years of Gran Turismo legacy.

Saros is a sequel to Returnal in every way except name, and while it falls short in some aspects, gameplay-wise it's one of the best-designed third-person shooters out there. It's funny that they call it "bullet hell," because when you're dancing with hundreds of colorful proyectiles around you, sprinting, dashing, blocking and shooting... it's like heaven.

The compilation tribute to Mario's 40th anniversary leaves mixed feelings. They're still two great adventures, but there's also the feeling that more could have been done, both technically and in terms of content: there are no galleries of unreleased art, nor anything for fans of Mario games.

We don´t know if FighterZ is the best current fighting game, but it's definitely the most spectacular Dragon Ball game. Don´t let the frantic combat fool you: there are lots of mechanics and tricks to master.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening is the definitive edition of a classic: a renewal and improvement in every way, but always respectful with the source material, that manages to evoke the same feelings we felt 26 years ago.

Batman and Rocksteay have achieved the impossible again, offering an amazing and unforgettable story and, at the same time, adding unique gameplay touches thanks to the perfect integration of the Batmobile. And all that wrapped in one of the most stunning and impressive technical showcases of the new consoles. A truly enjoyable ride that no fan of Batman should miss.

With the speed, agility and proportionate strength of an arachnid, Insomniac brings back the beloved super hero with a game that lacks novelty, but shines in every aspect. Marvel's Spider-Man is amazing, spectacular, sensational and superior to any other wall-crawling, web-slinging video game.

Okami is a great adventure set in Japanese folklore, which shows an amazing ukiyo-e graphic style and feels unique in its brush gameplay. 4K resolution for PS4 PRO and Xbox One X is great, but we still miss 60 FPS option.

Everything we love about Pokémon is back in Sun and Moon. The best story in the whole saga, the seventh generation creatures and lots of game modes that bring back the essence of the first games.

The franchise created by Turn 10 Studios enjoys its birthday with an iteration that is an elegy to motorsport (mc). Rain and night are not included in all the circuits, but the overall game is tremendous. It’s one of the best racing games of all time.

Fire Emblem Fates is excellent, and we enjoyed the Conquest edition a bit more than Birthright. The battles are even deeper and more complex, and the storyline is more original and less predictable.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line is the "tribute" game that FF's 35th anniversary needed, a title that brings together the best of its soundtrack with a fun and simple gameplay style that both casual and hardcore gamers will enjoy. Add hundreds of things to unlock and an adorable aesthetic, and you have a great game for the fans.

3D Sonic 2 is one of the best 2D platformers from the 16-bit era, and this "SEGA 3D Classic" version offers the very same game with new additions like the "Ring Keeper Mode", making it a very enjoyable (and cheap) trip to the past of one of the most iconic characters in SEGA's history. And, indeed, to one of its best games.

An interesting collection, designed for both fans and new players, that subtly updates the audio, graphics and gameplay of the first six Final Fantasy games. While it's true that not all six games are equally good, it is a great way to rescue these classics on current consoles, although the price is somewhat high.

DOOM Eternal is an example of how to make a great sequel. Doesn't break with the 2016 game and allows us to embody a character that is a demon killer. It makes us feel powerful and is one of the most brutal games we've enjoyed in a long time.

Owlboy arrives on Nintendo Switch (and PS4 y Xbox One) retaining all its charm and beautiful pixel art that make it an indie hit in 2016. It's a nice adventure that shines in its characters and writing, but if fells short in playing time, collectibles and use of the world. At least, you can now enjoy this little gem anywhere.

As previous Lobanov's games, Chicory finds an interesting balance between its story, that explores different human problems, and our own artistic expression by painting. An "atypical" game that you probably will love as much as you love painting, although you can enjoy it even without focusing on it.

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is the perfect option for someone who's never played Dark Souls 2, or at least the 3 DLC's, but if you have already played it, the graphic improvements are not enough to make you play it again on the new consoles.
