Split Fiction is like It Takes Two on steroids: more varied, bigger and more spectacular. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it makes it more perfect, and full of memorable moments. Unless you don't like to play co-op, it's a must-have.

A gargantuan amount of content and great gameplay (improved thanks to the new consoles capabilities) makes this the best version possible of a legendary game. The name is no lie: this is the ultimate edition of Borderlands 3.

A blast for your conception of a classical videogame. Extremely clever in its gameplay design. Don't underestimate its sparse graphics and sound. It's all part of the plan.

Resident Evil 2 is an impressive remake; extremely faithful to the original 1998 game, yet more accessible. An authentic survival horror game that brings back the best moments we spent with the Capcom franchise.

As the song goes, “Donkey Kong is here” and he’s here ready to rock the boat. The gorilla’s new adventure boasts being one of the first must-have games for Nintendo Switch 2 and a title on par with the Japanese company’s greatest series. This is the kind of “kongtent” that a new console deserves.

Shovel Knight Treasure Trove brings us back knight with shovel to prove that it remains one of the best independent games of recent years. With the original game, the two expansions and all the content as new modes or game options, this edition is an essential for Nintendo Switch.

Animal Well is one of the most interesting indie games released so far in 2024. It starts from a known formula, as a metroidvania, but twists it into something different and takes us to a less explored terrain, full of mysteries and secrets. A special game, that you should play as soon as you can, specially if you love the genre.

Overwatch is a great multiplayer game with a lot of charisma. Its 21 different characters bring variety to the situations that can be given in combat and it's technically outstanding. Blizzard has done it again.

Insomniac dresses Marvel's Spider-Man 2 in the black suit, improving to the extreme all the mechanics of the previous titles and adding new features that work in perfect symbiosis. The result is a rounded adventure that swings to the top and hits the ceiling of superhero games... And a dream for any Spider-Man fan.

A perfect blend between a platformer and a metroidvania, with a wonderful story, artistic style and soundtrack. If you didn't play the original, Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition on the Nintendo Switch is the best way to experience a truly magical video game.

A ton of new features, neat playable mechanics, huge amount of content and, above all, a shot of nostalgia that hits the mark: The Final Shape is the perfect closure for 10 years of history and one of the best expansions for Destiny 2.

While the content is the same as on PS5, Final Fantasy VII Remake on PC is a superior game in all technical aspects, as long as you have a computer capable of running it in Ultra. If that's your case, don't hesitate: it's one of the first must-haves of 2025 on PC. It's as simple as that.

There are games that are classics, and no matter how much time passes, they never stop being classics. P4G is one of them, and everything from the combat system to the OST still works and connects more than a decade after its release. It comes back prettier and smoother now, but it's still exactly the same game that wowed us on Vita back in 2012.

Switch 2 adds another great port to its catalog, this time from one of the best adventures of 2026, and it does so without any major visual sacrifices. At times, it almost seems like a miracle that it runs so smoothly.

Hollow Knight won't leave you hollow; quite the opposite. This incredible 'metroidvania', most likely the best example the genre has met in over 20 years, will leave you full with a feeling only a few games have achieved: the feeling of having played a masterpiece.

The great values of this remastering are the No Return mode, which highlights (even more) how brilliant its gameplay is, and all the light that the extras shed on the development of a work of this magnitude. The graphical improvement is still a tune-up for PS5, but for that upgrade price "I assure you I would do it again."

The Last of Us 2 arrives on PC without the first game's drama, with a fairly well-optimized port that is perfectly playable on portable devices. If you have a good graphic card, get ready for a really impressive visual spectacle, even without ray tracing, or other technical wizardry of the most modern GPUs.

World is the perfect evolution of the Monster Hunter saga. Creature and level design is great, co-op mode is incredibly fun and its weapon system is deep. We enjoyed every second of this gameplay that finds the perfect balance of following trails, collecting resources, studying beasts and killing them.

Like Portal and other puzzle games, The Talos Principle 2 is a small wonder that, in this case, does not stop at its intelligent challenges or its technical section. It spices its story with decisions and philosophical reflections that invite to think, even once the story is over. A small wonder, already available in physical format.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 on PS5 is the same enjoyable skate game, now a little bit better thanks to next gen innovations... but keep in mid that graphically isn't a big jump ahead (it was very good on PS4/One), and it has HDR problems on PS5 and, worst of all, you probably will have to pay again to enjoy it.

Sekiro refines the Dark Souls gameplay, adding stealth mechanics and a perfect combat system based on evading and parring attacks. The japanese setting, art style and open map design complete an amazing game, which, again, can be too difficult for some players.
