Super Smash Bros Ultimate is one of the most complete fighting games thanks to plenty of game modes and content. In addition, it pays tribute to video games without equal, which makes it transcend and shine. An essential game for Nintendo Switch owners or lovers of video games in general.

Using the classics as a canvas, Sandfall Interactive has painted the modern turn-based RPG we've been dreaming of for years. And, like all great paintings, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will remain etched in our memory for a long, long time.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth successfully recreates the original title, elevating this part of the story to new levels and betting on a game format that, without being particularly innovative, works wonderfully. It is immense, fun, emotional and very varied, but above all it is a fantastic remake that keeps its promises.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is not only a breath of fresh air for 2D platforms, it is a master class in how to update a game concept that has triumphed for more than three decades, and do so successfully, without losing the essence. A surprising platformer where the unexpected is the true star.

Bloodborne tests your patience, your frustration and even your sanity while you play it, but it gives you so many things in exchange that it's always a pleasant experience. Add some of the best art direction and level design that you have ever seen and you've got the first must-need exclusive for PS4.

I don't know if there the ultimate arcade racing game exists, but Forza Horizon 5 is the closest thing to that definition. It has it all, from a captivating open world to more options, competitions, events and cars than you can imagine. It's the perfect “playground” for any speed fan, and on PS5, occasional stuttering aside, performs great.

A story about overcoming grief and accepting ourselves under the guise of an impeccable platformer. Celeste is the kind of game that no one, not even those who despise jumping games, should miss.

Forza Horizon 5 is the best open world driving game ever and one of the best in the speed genre globally. Playground Games has once again surpassed itself with a varied ‘crossover’ in which each kilometer traveled is worth its weight in fun and spectacularity.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the best reason to make you buy a new console or a high-end PC. The new Geralt's adventure is huge, adult, surprising and always stunning. Everything we love about videogames.

An unforgettable tale about the value of friendship, forgiveness and the consequences of our actions, narrated with a brilliant sense of humor. It's not the best game ever, but you won't find any with more SOUL.

Nowadays, it seems like a fantasy for a JRPG to recapture the magic and spirit of yesteryear: to live an unforgettable journey through a new world, with a memorable story, memorable characters and turn-based combat that keeps us glued to the screen for hundreds of hours. But Metaphor is no fantasy; it is pure reality.

Bayonetta 2 is one of the best "hack´n slash" games you can play in any console. It delivers intense combat, charming characters and non stop fun. On the down side, the Switch version is almost identical to the Wii U release.

It seems that Nintendo Switch was made for a game like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Racing is fun and multiplayer (8 local/12 online) is unbeatable. Nevertheless, the only improvements from the Wii U game are six new characters, new items and some battle modes, and that is not enough.

The truth is, sometimes all you need is to simply enjoy what the game's prologue conveys. Sometimes, all it takes is a good spectacle. Sometimes, you just need to pilot a Dodge Viper at full throttle, merge with the road, and fly toward the horizon.

Blood and Wine is one of the most complex, and best written, adventures in The Witcher universe. The new land, Toussaint, and the return of well known characters, make this DLC the perfect conclusion for last year´s GOTY. New mechanics, such as upgrading the vineyard, are not too relevant.

It doesn't matter when or where you play INSIDE: it will always be a masterpiece. Switch's portability makes this version one to be taken into account if you've never played it before. And if you love Playdead's game, the ability to play it wherever you want is tempting, to say the least.

Flight Simulator 2020 is a game that is launched with a modest amount of content that, however, will take years to master. It is a platform that will evolve over time, but it has a really fabulous visual, physical and control base.

If you love classical RPGs from the 16 bit era, you're going to have a big time with Chained Echoes. It takes all that have aged real bad in the genre (random combats, pace...) and updates with an incredible taste, with great plot and gameplay. Not in vain it has been in development for 7 years, and it pays out.

Even if it is mostly the same game we had on the PS4 and PC, it still shines and the abundant new content maintains its freshness. And even if its visuals do not reach what we saw on the other versions (which is logical), it gets close and it is an adaptation with great merit for the Switch.

Playground gives us, again, a huge and spectacular game with new features, like the 4 player cooperative campaign and the challenges creation. The control is almost perfect and it has enough events and races to keep us playing it for months. There aren't many new gameplay mechanics but Forza Horizon 3 is, no doubt, the best open world racing game out there.

No Man's Sky debuts on Nintendo Switch 2 with a very solid port, both visually and technically, which also comes with all the updates included, multiplayer and options that were not possible on Switch 1, such as touch and gyroscope controls. And as icing on the cake, at no additional cost if you already had it on Switch 1. Isn't it great?
