Those not familiar with Dragonball Z will find the story invisible, but those with a soft spot for the classic series, and a few mates with which to team up and reminisce will find something far more creative and exciting than most recent games based on the franchise.- God is a Geek

Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood has potential, but is little more than a C-tier experience that's unlikely to stick in anyone's memory for long.- God is a Geek

A decent, if feature-light, management game. It’s helped massively by the premise, but the execution, from the cute graphics to the ease of use, might make this worth looking into if you fancy a management sim on the go. Just don’t expect hidden depths – like the generic pop the game asks you to sell, what you see is what you get.- God is a Geek

The Padre is a great idea, let down by a lack of proper direction and some frustratingly obtuse puzzle design.- God is a Geek

Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia features lots of awesome monsters to collect, but the combat is just too slow paced to recommend to anyone but Bakugan mega fans.- God is a Geek

As far as hack and slash titles go, The Witch and the Hundred Knight makes a horrible first impression – the story presentation is vulgar and the gameplay is initially lacking. But it’s a game that truly builds and builds into a freakishly beautiful abomination, should you give it enough time.- God is a Geek

It's fun for a game or two, but when you realise how much less The Game of Life 2 costs on mobile you'll want to spin again.- God is a Geek

A faux-retro shooter with an irreverent sense of humour, Bedlam is hard to recommend as anything other than a curio, despite its popular source material.- God is a Geek

Ice Cream Surfer tells the story of a maniacal vegetable hell bent on destroying the sugary world of the flying gelato-influenced heroes, but just as fast food and candy treats are light on essential nutrients and likely to do you more harm than good, this is a game that is probably best left on the shelf, with other far more healthy options available to the discerning shooter fan.- God is a Geek

Between lackluster combat, outdated graphics and the horrendous stripping mechanic, it's very hard to think of a reason to recommend Akiba's Trip: Hellbound and Debriefed.- God is a Geek

In Bound by Flame, Spiders deliver an action-RPG that just about manages to remain playable throughout, but offers not a single “wow” moment. An interesting but limited crafting system and an atmospheric fantasy world don’t make up for run-of-the-mill writing, 2-dimensional characters, imbalanced combat, and a rushed, unsatisfying narrative.- God is a Geek

One thing that is certain is that Natural Doctrine us not designed for the casual crowd, and unless you’re prepared to invest time and energy into learning its systems inside out – and then are still prepared to try and try again when you do know what you’re doing – you’d be advised to away from this one.- God is a Geek

If you can re-frame Fallout 76 as a survival crafting game in the Fallout universe rather than viewing it as the next instalment in the series then you will have a better time. It is not without its faults, but there is a base there that has the potential to be improved upon as time goes by.- God is a Geek
