Despite some pretty visuals and endearing character interactions like snowball fights and the little high-five-belly-bounce you do after solving a big puzzle, Song of Nunu ultimately feels quite flat throughout. Compared to the other League of Legends Stories we’ve had recently, it definitely feels much more generic and a little too by-the-numbers. Younger gamers and die-hard fans will find a lot here that appeals, but for anyone else there’s little to get excited about.- God is a Geek

Fast-paced, loud, and unashamedly grim, Necromunda: Hired Gun is a competent, fun shooter when it all works.- God is a Geek

Sailing Era will definitely have its fans, but for me the constant menu navigating and overly complex mechanics made my time at sea fairly underwhelming.- God is a Geek

The Llama of Wall Street DLC packs a small punch but is still fun to play. It still feels just like Tropico 6, which will disappoint some, but be great news to others.- God is a Geek

While de Blob was an ambitious title on the Wii and a unique one at the time, it definitely shows its age even with a great porting studio.- God is a Geek

Erica is by far the best game to feature in the PlayLink category, but some of the ideas are unnecessary. The acting is great, but the story never really picks up until the final third of the game.- God is a Geek

For a certain niche crowd that has the patience (or plays the game in short bursts), this’ll be right up their street, but for the rest of us, it’s nothing special.- God is a Geek

Crysis Remastered is a very pretty game when it runs smoothly, which sadly isn’t often. That said, it’s still a satisfying shooter, even if the AI needed more of an overhaul than the graphics.- God is a Geek
