Playing Final Fantasy VII on Xbox feels like an important event. The game is still brilliant and can shame some of the modern big titles of the genre.

In the end, FromSoftware works spectacularly, Shadow of the Erdtree is everything the community wanted it to be and now we can enjoy it again and again. This is, without a doubt, one of the best expansions that any Souls has had and will remain a nice addition to an excellent game.

I don't know how it might be received by the most hardcore Silent Hill purists, but once you've played the first few minutes of the game and gotten into the swing of things, you quickly forget that feeling and you realize that you're in front of an exceptional work in the genre that keeps you hooked like very few games manage to . For me, it's a 10/10 game. I could probably be more meticulous and find some snags in the combat system and some mechanics, but they're minor things, and I can say, without fear, that Konami is coming back in a big way with this new Silent Hill.

One of the most honest approaches to death ever made in videogames. In a medium where assassination is king as a way to advance, What Remains of Edith Finch turns it around and offers an experience as human as unforgettable. Between Six Feet Under, Gone Home and Big Fish of Tim Burton. One of the highlights of 2017. Necessary.

Forza Horizon 6 is Playground Games at its absolute best. Set in a stunning recreation of Japan, the game delivers the strongest campaign in the series, improved driving physics focused on drift and street racing, and an incredible amount of content. Visually, it is one of the most impressive racing games ever made, both on Xbox Series X and PC.

Ultimately, Elden Ring revolutionizes the Souls genre for the better. Now I'm looking forward to seeing if expansions will be released to expand the story, but for now, I'm back to continuing touring its exceptional world.

Ori and The Will of Wisps is the best game I've been able to enjoy so far this year, thanks both to its incredible artistic level and its impressive soundtrack, as well as its frantic gameplay, which will keep you in front of the screen for hours and hours. This title from Moon Studios is a true masterpiece in terms of visuals, sound and gameplay. A new standard for the Metroidvania and an exclusive that will be hard to beat in this final stretch before the arrival of Xbox Series X.

The Chimera has some very good and interesting ideas that make me think it will have a promising future, or at least that it could catch the attention of fans of the genre, but right now it has a long way to go to properly exit Early Access on PC , something that I hope will make a console version possible. [Early Access Provisional Score = 55]
