The concept is solid and new elements like sense of smell are great ideas, but the execution and lackluster A.I. just don’t add up to the cohesive product it could have been.- GamingTrend

Tasomachi: Behind the Twilight is a fairly rote 3D platformer with some great music and a nice aesthetic. While the controls feel floaty and there are numerous other annoyances, there’s still fun to be had exploring the intricate towns.- GamingTrend

I’m torn on this conclusion, but I just feel like Ubisoft played it too safe with Breakpoint. There’s not a lot of risks being taken in this game, and it shows. With that being said, Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a good game. Unfortunately though, I think it was a step back from Wildlands. Perhaps Breakpoint would’ve benefitted from a delayed release, giving them some time to sort things out. There’s just a lot in this game that doesn’t fit into a Ghost Recon game that many fans have come to love. With the promise of free content drops, there is still time for Ubisoft to turn things around. With all that being said, Breakpoint is in good hands, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.- GamingTrend

Redfall resembles the vampires it's based on. It lacks identity, and sucks the life out of you. Every time I see a spark of potential, it's stomped out by bugs, braindead AI, and an empty world not worth exploring. I wish Arkane well in their next endeavor, because they need to let this one die.- GamingTrend

Shrek the Third doesn’t take a lot of chances with its license or gameplay. It is essentially a beat-em-up platformer that provides an extension of the movie with a very light amount of challenge.- GamingTrend

In the end, however, the price of admission is a pretty cheap trip down memory lane. For less than $20 bucks you can relive a bit of naughty fun.- GamingTrend

I never thought I would say this, but Wrestlemania 21 is worse than both RAW and RAW 2, a feat that is extremely hard to accomplish honestly. Don't even rent this game, it's not worth it.- GamingTrend

Polished and pretty, the dazzling visuals and crisp sound aren’t enough to overlook Meridian: Squad 22’s many issues. This RTS is every bit as unremarkable as its story.- GamingTrend

Real talk? I’ve tried for weeks to get into Empyre: Lords of the Sea Gates, but the clunky controls, obtuse UI, and incomplete concepts made it impossible for me to engage. The concept and setting for Empyre is top shelf, but the gameplay came out a little water logged.- GamingTrend

Jedi Power Battles struggles to hit its mark but does enough to be a fun time to play once or twice either alone or with a friend. The addition of new characters is exciting and sometimes ridiculous, but if your goal is to beat the levels, most of the additional characters won’t get it done. If your goal is a trip down memory lane or the chance to show a friend a game that is nostalgic for you, this game is it.- GamingTrend

It's a fun and very atmospheric game, but with so much repetition throughout it can real old real quick. But then, all movies like this are more of the same so where's the surprise?- GamingTrend

While Sports Bar VR captures the look and feel of a sports bar, the control scheme combined with Hulk Mode made me feel drunk, complete with hangover. The four games on offer are hampered by inconsistent physics, resulting in an unsurprisingly uneven experience. None of that, somehow, interferes with the game being a stupid-fun experience with friends.- GamingTrend

Creeping Terror is a fun pixelated game that won’t make you jump, but will likely raise the hairs on the back of your neck. The overly simplistic gameplay is made up for by the excellent music and graphics, which work together to give you a creepy good time.- GamingTrend

Black & White Bushido is a very fun game to play with a group of friends, but doesn’t deliver any enjoyable content for gamers who would rather play on their own. While some of the spawn points in the game can come off as unfair, most of the time the game delivers as an entertaining and exciting battle arena, that I can definitely see being a hit at parties.- GamingTrend

In concept, Bird Game + seems like a pleasant spin on the traditional on-rails genre. In execution, Bird Game +misses the mark in nearly every way from its surprising lack of mechanical polish to its shallow design. While its aesthetic and genuinely enjoyable boss fights are undeniable highlights, they’re nowhere near potent enough to outweigh the game’s fundamental issues.- GamingTrend

Once you’ve gotten over the thrill of assembling burgers, dishing out fries, pouring drinks, and serving ice cream, you’ll fall into the grind. What I’m Hungry lacks is progression, and that means you’ll have seen everything on the menu once you’ve completed the first level. There’s fun to be had, but this is more “value meal” than a full course.- GamingTrend

Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf is a good tactical challenge marred by frustrating mechanics, questionable graphics and dodgy controls. But I had fun with it nonetheless and the card system differentiates it from other turn-based strategy games. Ultimately, your enjoyment may depend entirely on whether or not you have any prior interest in the Warhammer 40k universe.- GamingTrend

Heaven Dust isn’t an awful game, but it has some awful parts. Uninspired gameplay and a lack of originality aren’t enough to make the game worth a recommendation. However, there’s just enough love put into that, perhaps, old-school Resident Evil fans could have a good time.- GamingTrend

While the gameplay is somewhat shallow, and the racing elements sometimes frustrating, there is plenty to say about getting a Transformers game with high production value and an all-star voice team. Activision and Traveller’s Tales have brought the new movie to life with a decent beat-em-up title that doesn’t succumb to the movie tie-in curse.- GamingTrend

While I really like the Warriors series of games....it's time for an overhaul. The game needs a full graphics engine overhaul, much better voice acting, more cut scenes, and some solid depth.- GamingTrend

Stone is fun, but flawed. The story is well crafted and reveals itself through a series of twists that keep you engaged throughout. There is no action aside from walking up to different people or items, but the game never drags. As much as I love the story here, the dialogue is strained at times and has glitches that affect the timing. Overall a worthy experience and story to enjoy.- GamingTrend

The noir atmosphere is top notch, making it one of my favorite things about this game. The environment is more detailed than you might expect, and the mystery plot is fun to experience. Though some aspects of Calvino Noir can be frustrating or not as polished, overall it is worth the journey.- GamingTrend

It's good, it's solid, but the price can't be ignored. If you want this kind of game and if you have access to an iPhone, iPad or Android device, hit their respective app stores – your money will be better spent. And if you wait long enough, with the way things are going, I Heart Geeks may end up in those same stores at a reduced price after a while.- GamingTrend
