    Breach and Clear provides a strategic RPG-style look into the world of Special Operations that provides an unusual spin on both the Strategic RPG genre and the military gaming world. Breach and Clear is a solid title worth playing.

    Breach and Clear offers some turn based, strategy fun, but the game really lacks variety. The most fun I got out of the game was buying things from the marketplace and upgrading my squad, but even that gets old after a while. Decent, but not great.

    Breach & Clear is playable and it is even quite entertaining. Clearing missions and customising characters is satisfying, and the sound design and music help engage the player. Everything else though, does the opposite. Low quality visuals, poor menus, a complete lack of story and game-breaking glitches render this game, at least on this platform, nearly impossible to enjoy in the long term.

    Depending on your ideological persuasion, you might take a very dim view of Breach & Clear's politics, but honestly, its biggest, most unforgivable transgression is that it's simply not a very interesting game.

    Breach & Clear is a repetitive mess that has no variety in its game modes. Tactical RPG fans may find some enjoyment in this game, but there's no way they'll make it to the end without dying from boredom first.

Leveling up doesn't seem to matter much either. Lots of dumb luck for success or failure. The simplicity of it is great for when I don't want to wrack my brain with Synapse Prime. Runs well on Vita. The interface takes some getting use to but is fine when you get the hang of it and you can play it without using the touch screen. Still going to keep it on my Vita for a once and a while play.… Expand
