Sure, it's not the best or most original thing, but Winback 2 offers solid shooting action in spades, with some really interesting ideas of how to handle the already crowded third person shooting genre.- Gaming Age

It's a shame the length, boring presentation, and sub par visuals won't convince anyone but the hardcore audience to even give this sword a swipe.- Gaming Age

At the end of the day it's just not fun to play, does little with the license on hand, and doesn't evolve the pathos in any meaningful way. It's downright bland, and filled with mechanics that work just enough to make a passable experience, but do little to stand out against other, better third person shooters available.- Gaming Age

But the other aspects – animation, dialogue, acting, environments, and fighting – are too poorly produced and out of place to ignore.- Gaming Age

As far as truly providing the sights, sounds and (most importantly) the feel of college basketball, this game just doesn't get it done. Brick!- Gaming Age

While the voice work is fine, the whole thing just comes off as so low rent, it’s hard to take it seriously. It’s a shame too because the filler story isn’t that bad.- Gaming Age

Ford Street Racing looks like a AAA game, has the features of a AAA game, but plays like a budget title that doesn't know its audience. With a little more time put into AI and physics, Ford Street Racing could easily be a game worth $30-$40.- Gaming Age

For Pete’s sake, the music even sounds tired –in the same way that you may imagine a weary 70 year-old musician at the end of the last show in the nth tour he’s had in the quarter might feel.- Gaming Age

I still enjoyed my time with the game though, and appreciate what it brings to the table story-wise. Whether any of the events featured here will make their way into the canon proper I'm not sure, but as a side story it's certainly an interesting tale. And once you spend a little more time with the combat you'll find a better experience than the first few hours let on. So yeah, if you're a big fan or even just a fan from the T.V. show with little interest in the books, I'd say you should eventually give this one a look.- Gaming Age

Carmageddon: Max Damage is another in an increasingly long list of games and products that sound amazing, get crowdfunded and then fail to impress or deliver on their promised grandeur.- Gaming Age

Not that Azurik is the most painful experience I’ve encountered, but the game offers nothing new to the genre, and seemingly borrowed everything from elsewhere. The pain is there though, believe me.- Gaming Age

It’s a one-man passion project, and you hate to criticize something that someone has spent more than a decade working on. But the simple fact is that it’s just not very good, and it’s certainly not something you need to spend your time or money on right now.- Gaming Age

I will never object to bringing back older titles to modern platforms, but not everything needs to be dusted off and placed on digital storefronts. Moto Racer MC isn’t necessarily something that should be left in the annals of history, clearly I found the omake mode to be worth playing, even if I find the single player modes unfulfilling. A silver lining for this is maybe it could lead to other ports of TG-16/PC-Engine titles, although the stuff I want to see are IPs owned by Konami (Bonk’s Adventure).- Gaming Age

If you are just a casual fan, however, you may be turned off by the level of difficulty and realism the game provides. I'm happy to see the Brunswick series back, I just wish it was the version I played 10 years ago.- Gaming Age

It is still the best effort Rebellion has put forth in quite some time, it just ends up that their aim was just a little off to really hit the mark this time. It is worth a romp through though and I highly enjoyed the antics, ideas, game play, and overall look and feel of the game, it just really falls short in heart and story.- Gaming Age

As I said at the beginning of this review, I've never been able to get into pinball, but Rollers of the Realm had me hooked. There's just something about replacing questing after a high score with a literal medieval quest that drew me in and kept me there…at least until the glitches became too much to overlook.- Gaming Age

I know that, as a middle-aged man, I’m clearly not the target audience for a game about rebuilding your family estate and bonding with your horse. At the same time, though, I can’t imagine that the people who would be interested in that would want to put up with it, either. Horse Tales plays poorly and performs even worse, and it’s bound to disappoint anyone who picks it up.- Gaming Age

Taxi Life wouldn’t be a very good job simulator if it tried to add in a bunch of glitz and glamor. But it’s still possible for a game to be a solid job simulator while also having fun elements (or at least being so terrible at representing its job that it becomes laughably good). Taxi Life doesn’t come anywhere close to either extreme: it shows how boring it can be to be a taxi driver, and it makes it so that you don’t have any real reason to play this game.- Gaming Age

To enjoy Space Hulk, though, you have to be willing to sit through all kinds of wait times. That's pretty much non-negotiable. Personally, I think the waiting nearly — but doesn't totally — negate all the good things the game does, but your own experiences will be dictated largely by your level of patience.- Gaming Age

Really, just about the only thing Costume Kingdom has going for it is that there’s no Pokémon on the PS4 (though, I’ll note, there is a Digimon game or two). So if you’re insane and want to experience Pokémon without going to the trouble of buying a Switch, I guess this is the game for you? That, however, would be an absurd course of action, since Costume Kingdom is very, very bad. Save yourself the trouble, splurge on a Nintendo system, and just get Pokémon instead, because this game certainly isn’t worth anything.- Gaming Age

The presentation is certainly nice, the games are well paced, the multiplayer is fun and there is an adequate variety of topics/answers/questions. Unless you have a household of JEOPARDY! fans, the whole package is still just a little light for the price point.- Gaming Age
