If puzzle games are your thing, this collection is worth it just for Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. It’s an excellent variation on a proven formula.- Gaming Age

As bland as they come. The cheesy plot and acting come with gun game territory but the horrendous gameplay doesn’t do much to make this game a keeper.- Gaming Age

Just like some people enjoyed "DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball" and "BMX XXX," some people will enjoy BloodRayne. Those people could have played it last year on any of the current consoles and for a lot less than what it requires from a PC.- Gaming Age

The game does scare with quick zombies and limited lighting, but there's not much play to put this on target.- Gaming Age

Kudos to Microsoft for trying something new, but if you are to continue this franchise next year, trying focusing on beating out the competition in options and just plain fun.- Gaming Age

Mega Man the side-scroller – a classic. Mega Man Battle Network – a good RPG. Mix the two together – a slow-paced, awkward Mega Man title that doesn't live up to the series' name.- Gaming Age

If you’ve got a group of three additional players to enjoy Wii Party U with, I definitely think it’s worth checking out. As a single-player game there’s not nearly enough to do that would warrant a purchase, and even as a two-player experience it falls a little short.- Gaming Age

All in all, I think Dr. Luigi is fun call back to an NES classic, with just enough spin put on the original formula to make it feel fresh again.- Gaming Age

Even with graphics that fall below the expectations of the current generation of hardware, Armored Core 4 is a fun way to make machines to the dirty work.- Gaming Age

While it is an improvement in almost every aspect from controls to options, it still isn't close to what fans of stock cars want to see from their beloved franchise.- Gaming Age

Sonic Adventure 2 is for true Sonic fans that want to relive a time when the series was still fun to play. Despite the terrible camera and some audio hiccups, it's a great experience for old and new players alike. The Chao Garden and great price only add to the overall package making this one a sure fire bet!- Gaming Age

SingStar Celebration is much better than its competitors, and if you want a karaoke game that gives you more guidance than just the lyrics on the screen, you’re in luck. As long as you don’t mind singing the same 30 songs on repeat and/or paying out a bit of money, it’s pretty fun.- Gaming Age

As I said, if you have an emotional connection to the era, 198X may be exactly what you need in your life. But if you don’t pine for the ‘80s and arcades as a stand-in for your lost youth, then 198X probably isn’t something you need to play.- Gaming Age

There’s enough merit to the stage designs and standard controls that make this something worth playing, but not in that must-have day one way that tends to mark a quality Nintendo release.- Gaming Age

While I think the idea behind a 3D brawler in the Dragon Ball universe is a decent idea, I can't see the point in a game that only allows you to fight as Goku, and keeps up the overall length that this game does. It does try to offer some replay value, but not having additional characters to check out outside of the Tournament mode is a waste, and not what I was hoping for with this game.- Gaming Age

A surprisingly challenging shooter, but not necessarily the best looking one out there. My only real gameplay issue with the game is that it's almost too slow and easy at first, and the plodding pace that the auto scrolling levels go by can start to bore a player before you get to the harder stuff in the mid-game section.- Gaming Age

It certainly feels like this game was made to hit a deadline, rather than grow the franchise. I couldn't help but think it was a money-grab title.- Gaming Age

The controls are kind of wonky — as enjoyable as it is to soar, the birds here aren’t exactly the most agile things in the world, so you spend a lot of time banking around and coming in for a new pass, and doing that over and over again until you finally shoot down all your enemies. All of this is probably fine if you want to do is aerial combat for a couple of hours. The Falconeer really only does that one thing, so if it’s your thing, then you’re in luck. Don’t expect anything more than that, though, because there’s pretty much nothing else to do.- Gaming Age

Despite the negatives regarding plot, the weather elements, visuals and some ui issues, there’s still a very large and fun sandbox found in this title. I still will start the title to just to tackle the hundred plus challenges as well as trying to ensure I am on top of the leaderboard against my friends on the feats the game tracks. I’m sure Rico will still have more countries to liberate and hopefully the team will have gotten a handle of the Apex Engine.- Gaming Age

So overall, I'm not too enthused with Tekken Hybrid. TTT is fun enough, but feels awfully outdated compared to modern fighters. And as a port, it lacks the necessary bells and whistles we've come to expect from similar releases.- Gaming Age

Most of the time, though, Maneater feels like a game where they spent all their creativity coming up with the premise. Don’t get me wrong: it’s a wonderfully goofy premise, and the fact I keep giving this game so many chances shows how easy it is to love. The unfortunate truth, though, is that no matter how much fun the idea of being an unstoppable killer shark may be, the reality — at least in Maneater — leaves a lot to be desired.- Gaming Age
