I’d say G.I. Joe: Wrath of Cobra can be fun, provided you can get some friends together on the couch to play through the game with you. If not, as a single-player experience, there’s far better options on the market nowadays. It’s a good looking game, again I really did dig the design of these classic characters, but there’s not a lot else supporting the experience that would keep me coming back again and again.- Gaming Age

At the very least Texas Cheat 'Em does a good job of offering something new to an already saturated market.- Gaming Age

If you are a fan of the Batman, you should play this game in some form, as it is one of the better representations of the comic hero in quite some time.- Gaming Age

If LucasArts can clean up that collision detection issue, it would be a near-perfect third person action engine for future releases.- Gaming Age

The campaign and endgame content in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is another great addition to the franchise’s lineup, and, while it was slightly lacking in some aspects with the storytelling itself, the set design and experience of the whole campaign more than made up for it. Do yourself a favor and turn off social media for a day while you play, to avoid letting people get in your head about why you shouldn’t like it, and just give it a fair shot. If you like Black Ops, you will like this. [Campaign Review score = 85]- Gaming Age

While I found issues with the control scheme on PSP hardware, it's something that comes with the territory and may have already determined what platform Phantom Brave is best suited for in anyone else's mind.- Gaming Age

I for one love what ideas the developers had in store with The Godfather II. The strategy elements were well thought out, implemented nicely, and the game really gives players the feeling of controlling your own family. If a bit more polish and time were given to the game’s action portion, The Godfather II would indeed be one you couldn’t refuse.- Gaming Age

Cars is a great game - for kids. For the rest, as fun as the game is, there is not much substance to keep more mature gamers entertained.- Gaming Age

As a fan of the movie, I really love the characters, but the uninspired and repetitive gameplay really hurts it in the long run.- Gaming Age

It's not entirely flawless, packing a bit of aggravation in with its stiff difficulty, and the lack of online play is sort of disappointing, but for $10 I definitely think it's worth picking up.- Gaming Age

Whatever minor dissonance may be created by the occasional wrong note, it's more than made up for by gameplay that's simple, fun, and insanely addictive.- Gaming Age

Spelunker Party is worth checking out, especially if you never played through some of the content before in Spelunker World. There’s a lot of levels to play through, and the progression system via gear and leveling will keep you pushing forward. The additional challenge makes for a more engaging experience than some like-minded platformers in this style, and the co-op is fun provided you can find people to play with. Definitely check this out when you get a chance, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.- Gaming Age

It will definitely make you think — but only while you’re playing it. Once you put it down, it’s not likely to stay in your memory, which makes it hard to write about — and to recommend.- Gaming Age

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy my time with Falcon Age. It certainly has its share of flaws, but it also features some pretty great moments, and on the whole the latter outweighs the former. Plus — and this can’t be overstated — you really do get attached to that falcon.- Gaming Age

Fatum Betula is a strange game geared towards a very specific niche. I can’t say I’m in that niche, but if you are, it’s probably going to be right up your alley.- Gaming Age

It’s an absurd tale featuring dinosaurs, monsters, and lost civilizations, and the voiceovers of the two characters are enough to make it enjoyable. In other words, Little Orpheus’ two strong points are the same as the strong points from The Chinese Room’s other two games. The thing is, here they’ve added a third element – platforming – that’s not nearly as compelling, and it’s enough to make the game a far cry from their previous standard.- Gaming Age

The bottom line is that Super Kiwi 64 is an enjoyable 3D platformer that brings its influences to mind without ever feeling like it’s just a copy-paste of older, better games. Add in a pretty decent price, and it makes Super Kiwi 64 difficult to resist.- Gaming Age

If you want a game that evokes the spirit of Jet Set Radio but on a different method of transportation, Parcel Corps delivers that. It’s hardly a unique spin on the genre, but if all you want is arcade-y gameplay and driving around a vividly coloured environment, you’ll get that here.- Gaming Age

Unfollow has a clearly good core with interesting writing, but doesn’t have the spine needed to hold it together in a way that feels great. I struggle to recommend it, as the $20 price tag is a bit much for 3 hours of okay gameplay, but if it looks interesting to you, I think you should give it a shot.- Gaming Age

Like a full-priced "Serious Sam" title. It's fine if you want to jump right into an action-packed mashing session. Just don't expect it to keep your interest past 30 minutes.- Gaming Age

So while Baja is technically impressive, it's also maddeningly difficult, and easily one of the more frustrating racers I've played recently. The controls are unforgiving, and the vehicle damage is definitely realistic but also provides a huge hurdle for actually enjoying the game.- Gaming Age

If the worst things you could say about Jet Kave Adventure are that it copies Donkey Kong Country and it’s a little short…well, that’s about right. It’s not going to make you forget the original, and you may feel slightly short-changed as far as value goes, but I’ve definitely played much worse than those.- Gaming Age

If it had been given the proper treatment, budget, and amount of time, Kane & Lynch would have easily been an A-/90% game. As it was released, it feels like a preview build that somehow hit retail shelves.- Gaming Age

Need for Speed is pretty disappointing. There [are] elements of the presentation that work, and it’s clear they were trying to evoke the feel and look of NFS Underground. But the actual execution is lacking, with performance issues, lackluster events, an empty map with useless sub-events, and a forced online mode that certainly doesn’t feel necessary and lacks almost all of the bells and whistles found in other online enabled racing games.- Gaming Age
