It's hard to argue with the value proposition that Galaxy Express makes. With 120 levels at a budget price, some of them immensely challenging, this is a game that could keep you entertained for awhile. Just be prepared for the abuse that every mailman has to take – galactic or not.

With uninspired yet surprisingly demanding gameplay though, it might be a tough sell for anyone else. Fact of the matter is that Snappy Dragons is fun on all accounts. Stylistically, it looks and sounds great, and is a wonderful combination of two popular games. What makes it even better though is that it doesn't blatantly copy either. Instead, it takes the core concepts of both Angry Birds and Worms and rolls them together with a uniqueness -- in both play mechanics and puzzle design -- all its own.

When the game works well, it works pretty well. But it's bogged down by a few lingering issues that sadly tarnish the overall experience. There needs to be a little more meat on these bones, because the few pieces here are enjoyable. There's just not enough of it.

It's these gameplay and programming issues that keep Pocket Heroes from being an amazing game, but every problem that I've listed seems easily fixable in future updates. With a few gameplay tweaks, it could easily become a must-have for all RPG gamers alike.

City Conquest stands as proof that the tower defense genre hasn't said its last word. It feels a little too ambitious at times (the RTS elements in particular sometimes suffer from a mild tacked-on feeling), but its beauty lies in the fact that it works in spite of that.
