Minor niggles stop this being a perfect pool game, but it is the best simulation of pool to date.

The visuals are lovely, though, and although they're not the most fluid the frame rate is acceptable throughout given the realtime shadows, cloud effects and three-dimensional crowd.

Games which rely on a special mechanic as their selling point, can often get a bit tired before you reach the end, but Scram Kitty DX introduce new weapons, abilities and enemy types as you progress but at a pacing that means you aren’t overwhelmed, nor bored at any single point.

An exceptionally balanced game. FRD have managed to combine elements of pretty much every third person action game without it ever feeling contrived or forced, and they've selected all the best bits (stealthy kills, plenty of weapons, good storyline) and discarded those ideas that didn't work in other games (no camera control, steep learning curve).

Frankly its just another ‘they shouldn’t have bothered’ renamination from Sega, when the fans deserve much more.

It makes for a big, if rarely clever package, entertaining if hilarious ultra violence is your bag, tryingly awkward and limited if it isn't.

There is no doubt that Stuntman: Ignition is superior to its predecessor in every way, but it still doesn't quite live up to its lofty potential.

It has a great level of fan-service for RE fans, and on its own is a solid, thoroughly entertaining game that deserves to be played.

There's certainly a decent sized campaign and there is the added multi-player to increase longevity, albeit not online enabled, and graphically the game is very impressive for a PSP game which means long loading times are not created along the way.

Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing could well have been a disaster for Sega, it could of seen them laughed at from all sides, with what looked every bit like a cash in on Nintendo's success with Mario Kart. What we got though was not only a fine casual racing game, we have what is possibly the one of finest kart racing games since 1992.

The battles are entertaining, and the ship customisation is excellent. It's marred by monotonous journeys back and forth between planets with little character, and speaking to the same people over and over and over again.

In the fight for this year's FPS crown, Medal of Honor has landed a few early punches, but not the knock-out blow.

Noby Noby Boy is a title that will really divide gamers. With a little more work and tangible elements this could have been a really fun and unique experience.

It’s all rather tiresome and disappointing in a release that promised something different. But what remains is a bog standard RPG, dressed up as something else but flattering to deceive.

Lost however is some of the speed and flow of the previous games; a little too much in the way of exploration involved for a Sonic game (if you want to find all the bonus level entrances anyway).

That said, overall WWE All Stars is a fine package and will give you a good few hours of fun in the single player, but stick with the offline multiplayer action to get the most of the game. The over the top action of professional wrestling is superbly recreated and is only let down by awful load times.

Zubo is an interesting gem from EA that is neither tied to a recognizable license or a sequel of an existing game.

If you want a game to be realistic but not so real you need an MOT, buy this game. If you feel that games should offer boundless enjoyment and make you smile like a ten year old at Christmas, buy this game.

Such issues with level design, camera foibles and other miscellanies were surely highlighted during testing. It is unfortunate that these were either downgraded or deliberately overlooked, but the damage to the series is momentous.

It shouldn‘t work, there‘s gaping holes in its structural integrity, it should have broken up in orbit. Yet somehow Out There remains intact, exerting a mysterious gravitational force that kept pulling me back.

There's fun to be had with Ridge Racer 3D, and it's a decent showcase of what the 3DS can do. There's room for improvement but there's nothing fundamentally wrong with it. We'd definitely recommend it to fans of the series and newcomers alike.

An ideal fit for the Vita, the classic arcade styling and gameplay are a joy.

It has some shortcomings and will very nearly frustrate as much as it delights.

The staple modes are offered in what is a comprehensive package, including a detailed training option that allows you to polish your fighting skills.

The sensation of speed and power is immense and the graphics are as good as anything the PS2 has produced so far. The problem with Ace Combat 6, then, is simply that it does nothing new.

WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011 is far from perfect, but it is entertaining.

A solid adventure and a music for horror fans out there who want to play a game which could be described as RE4’s spiritual successor as mentioned earlier.
