A promising start? A rather cautious one. The return to Rapture evades déjà vu feelings, but it doesn't deliver more than a spark of curiosity for its fans.

Out of its great moments you could put together a decent one-hour episode of some paranormal series. But as a coherent narrative, Beyond is incredible mishmash tommyrot, whose high production values here and there hardly outweighs its stupidity. Besides, those production values are just for show, nothing more.

This is, in a strange way, a very brave game. It’s great - but it also targets a different audience than the previous titles in the series. It’s no longer trying to compete with Gran Turismo, Assetto Corsa and other serious sims, instead it rivals Forza Motorsport. But you can still feel its simulation roots.

A brilliantly executed variation on BioShock with a lot of its own ideas and an original, unseen world. It's a shame about the technical problems and certain user discomfort that prevented it from going one step higher.

WRC 7 is a dignified rally game in which you must look for the news through a magnifying glass. There has been just a cosmetic improvement in the impression of driving on good tracks, but otherwise it is still the same flat and boring song.

Based on the classic book, just like the previous part, Madness Returns tries to follow up its predecessor's success and thinks that more brutality, sickness and weirdo-like patterns are enough to achieve it. Apart from an unrepeatable graphic style and some good passages it barely keeps our attention. Maybe next time.

The standard Telltale adventure, now in the merry Guardians of the Galaxy setting. Fans of Star-Lord and his crew will find a solid story in the first episode, everyone else will do better grabbing the Tales from the Borderlands.

Although Mario Golf: Super Rush doesn't do anything groundbreaking, it does what it does, from a great solo career to sophisticated serious golf to crazy Speed and Battle Golf. Singleplayer and multiplayer are absolutely equal partners here, to such an extent that even if you are only interested in one of them, the game can still be recommended without hesitation.

The best for the end - the last episode of Game of Thrones S01 is the most interesting, the toughest and the most entertaining ever, but we can't speak about a satisfactory conclusion. The Forrester story remains open.

The creators of the Steamworld universe stepped out of their comfort zone for the first time - and it’s a solid step indeed. The Gunk is visually stunning and its central mechanism, vacuuming the titular substance off the ground, is really well done. The combat, though, is disappointing, as is the progression system.

It’s mysterious, it’s bizarre, it’s tense. Atmosphere and storytelling elevate this plague adventure far above its peers, but its survival aspect is barely bearable and the combat just plain old sucks. Still, this is a special, unique game, if you can tolerate its quirkiness.

The new Until Dawn offers visual upgrades and a few additional scenes, but at its core, it remains the same game as the original 2015 version. Unstable 30 FPS and a high price make this upgrade hard to justify, especially if you already own the game. Unless you're a die-hard fan or waiting for a discount, I recommend sticking with the original version.

A flat and not very interesting trip to World War II can catch your eye mostly because of its nice visuals. It may be enough for newcomers, but veterans of the genre have to find a new favorite elsewhere.

The Sims 4 offer only a small amount of changes that with a little effort could be included in one of many expansion packs of the third installment. Besides, it takes a lot of things that have been taken for granted in the previous installment along its expansion packs away from the gamers. Still, it is a fun game, but there are too many "buts" nonetheless.

Assassin's Creed Unity takes part in revolutionary Paris, but there is no sign of gameplay revolution. Game suffers with technical issues, one can smell the free-to-play principles and there isn't anything fresh. But the game looks beautiful anyway.

An unconventional trip to feudal Japan brings a lot of interesting principles that support political frolics to a great extent. However, this game is struck down by plenty of unfinished things, simplifications and limitations at the end of the day. It might still win your heart and let you enjoy it for long hours, but you have to be prepared to narrow your very own eyes.

Halfway is not a complex game, but it is intense turn-based action from the depths of space. It is not original, nor sophisticated in terms of its combat system, but the atmosphere of the destroyed ship Goliath will surely appeal to you.

This is a licensed game done right. It doesn’t rely on cheap jumpscares and instead takes you on a journey inside the soul of a very broken detective.

The original concept and realistic infiltration design is ruined by plenty of errors, repulsive plot and rarely functioning multiplayer. Despite all this flaws, fans of stealth games should still pay attention to Clandestine.

Good job! Fun came roaring back to Wolfenstein, surprisingly through cooperative multiplayer, sandbox and RPG elements. All those new ideas don’t work perfectly, but they do enough for you to like them - especially in the company of a friend.

Pavilion is a platform game in which, wonder of wonders, you do not control the main character. Absurd basis maybe, but the result is a very pleasant and original game that surpasses all genre boundaries. The charming design and a relaxing atmosphere make it almost a work of art. It just needs more content to be perfect.

Deliver Us Mars delivers through its story and well-written, well-acted characters. But literally everything else is a drag. The gameplay systems lack logic and fun – you should probably just watch it as a movie.

This Wild West can be a bit unfair, but at the same time it’s a fun, addictive shooter experience with a brilliant atmosphere and the unmistakable voice of the great Ron Perlman.

Bloodier, more linear, but actually exactly the same game as the last time. If you still haven´t got enough of harsh human stories from zombie apocalypses, you will enjoy The Walking Dead: Michonne, because it offers a proven Telltale quality. Otherwise there is no reason buying this one-hour game.

Sometimes, beautiful graphics and interesting dice-based combat just aren’t enough, like here, where the story is weak, the humour is hit and miss and the sense of progress is non- existent. This game is strictly worse than Dicey Dungeons.

Swift gameplay and massive battles catch you quickly. In addition, artificial intelligence works great, so you can rely on AI during the campaign and even during the multiplayer. We pray for more such RTS experiments.
