Grow Up has more content, offers more game elements, but also more boredom than its predecessor. You can find the pros from the first game also in sequel, but all planned improvements are more damaging than improving.

The top-tier turn-based strategy Songs of Conquest struggles with technical issues on mobile. Its charm and immense fun remain intact, as do the well-thought-out adaptations for touch controls. However, the experience sours when accidental misclicks on the tiny battlefield can be game-changing, and battle load times stretch into tens of seconds.

Lords of Xulima RPG game builds its foundations on an old school difficulty. It surprises with an interesting gameplay and precise locations, which are overcrowded with invisible enemies and never-ending grind. The game becomes boring after few hours, but if applied properly, it rewards you with a pleasantly nostalgic experience.

A good multiplayer beat 'em up action combat video game with a solid ground and a tutorial campaign for lone gamers. However, all of its colourful characters you may use to smash your faces up in a great number of multiplayer modes are lacking the most important thing - gamers themselves.

Astroneer is simply another sandbox survival game, albeit enriched by several interesting features. Nothing new or surprising for genre fans to see.

Taking “Steep” as just a fine foundation for eventual sequel would be a little unfair, but in some way, it fits. Yet the free riding in a huge open world can entertain you for a few hours, if you can turn a blind eye to a handful of nonsense and bugs.

Supermassive Games once again do what they do best - and once again they cannot reach that best. Little Hope isn’t nearly as good as Until Dawn but horror fans might like it anyway, especially on sale or in the Game Pass.

If you are anybody else than a supporter of RPG strategies, you should avoid Warhammer Quest 2. It is not a disaster, yet the weak structure, absence of thrill and conservative gameplay of this mobile Warhammer would hardly satisfy anybody.

Hit among the f2p strategies is definitely a qualitative leap forward and there's not a slightest reason, why not to give it a chance. But the incomplete design of the game suggests that perhaps developers themselves were surprised by the success of Fallout Shelter more than the players – as the game was just some side project.

An entertaining stealth action offering its gamers sufficiently large number of environments along with another number of instruments for horseplays. Due to the weak production values and primitive combat system, this one is intended only for hardcore fans of the silent stealth genre.

Team Sonic Racing is competent and fun, but also unimaginative and uninteresting. You’re not going to love it, you’re not going to hate it - you’re simply going to shrug.

A likeable little game with the original idea proving definitely your both hands are left. If you approach the game with exaggeration, you won't regret your time nor your money. And that you are full of remorse because you murdered your patients in cold blood? Well, everyone has to start somehow. So grab your scalpel firmly and cut where it moves!

Fjords are going down to a very special dusk. In ten years it's time to call a mythic-monster hunter specialist. He will make his job done in this mammoth add-on with great visuals more than satisfactory the addon is a must-have for every fan of the original (and the ARPG in general).

A promising update of the classical Paradox formula, trying to bring the Napoleonic wars back. It manages to bring it on, however, the result is not consistently good. Even though it is all about its multiplayer game here, it's not the thing worthy of remembering.

Mantis Burn Racing is a fresh and addictive driving arcade. Although it doesn´t ring with originality, it beautifully revives an old game recipe. Racing with "toy cars" is still immensely fun and nerve-wracking. It is a pity that there are some unnecessary issues.

Rogue Spirit offers an interesting central concept of possessing bodies of dead warriors – and there are a lot of those. Their balance is rather awful, though. The tempo is another weak point because it's glacial and boring, which is completely inappropriate for a roguelike.

Solid, honest, and fun – but ultimately too straightforward for its own good, Commandos: Origins neither disgraces the series nor breathes new life into it. It sticks rigidly to the genre’s old-school roots without really trying to modernize or innovate. That nostalgic conservatism isn’t exactly a flaw, but it does mean the game fails to leave a lasting impression. You’ll have a good time sneaking through WWII battlefields, but chances are, you’ll forget the mission as soon as it’s over.

The NHL series really needs some competition. Once again, we get improvements in just one game mode while the others gather dust. This year, however, the amount of joy that has been added feels greater than usual.

Lo Wang’s return to glory is truly spectacular despite the fact that Shadow Warrior 3 is a shorter and simpler game than its predecessors. It’s lightning fast, brutal, funny and straightforward – the ultimate antidote for the never-ending open world craze.

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet is the greatest design leap in the history of this storied series. Unfortunately, it’s also unfinished, unpolished and doesn’t meet the fans' high expectations. There can be no more excuses for the woeful technical quality and graphics.

At first, all the mechanics work. The game principle is catching, and it's romantic to fly with the warplanes of the First World War. Nevertheless, the PC game port looks epicene and inappropriate. Its biggest mistakes like repeating of the situations, imbalanced missions, and too much focus on maximize of your score follow its mobile origin. A turn-based strategy game by Sid Meier must be entertaining at any moment. Ace Patrol fails to satisfy this.

Days Gone is excellent when you’re riding your bike or stealthily dispatching enemies. The action sequences, however, illustrate very poor enemy AI. Furthermore, all the quests and activities soon become extremely repetitive and bland. The game falls flat just when it should be reaching its climax.

An escape from a prison can be quite a fun. The tactical strategy The Escapist is almost-perfect simulator of chronic runaway hero, and it is just up to the players to overcome their own resistance to the archaic look of the game and accept some of its controversial rules.

You can mix disparate features and still get a great game, but this is not what happened with Tribes of Midgard. Even though it’s muddled, it could still be a great survival game if it didn’t waste so much of your time.

The legendary RPG remains timeless on the Switch and plays excellently. Gothic II Complete Classic has a dense atmosphere, a great story, and the console controls suit it perfectly. Even with a few bugs and technical issues, there are noticeably fewer compared to its predecessor.

A lot of melancholy and poetry swims below the sea surface. You can watch it from the window of the submarine in the arcade with a non-linear design, charming graphics and a distinctive atmosphere. Fabulous Song of the Deep, however, could avoid the breakneck controls and frustrating puzzles.
