Gran Turismo 7 is a summary of the development of the Gran Turismo series over the past 25 years, with all the core strengths of the series retained and further polished. Kazunori Yamauchi has created a "car city" with plenty of game content and fun for the players. His love for car culture is reflected everywhere in the game. Although Gran Turismo 7 does not have many surprises and innovations, it is worthy of the title of "synthesizer of 25-years-old Gran Turismo series".

Saros is a remarkably pragmatic evolution. It holds onto the spectacular bullet hell barrage and top tier gunplay that defined its predecessor, while making smart compromises to better fit mainstream playstyles. With a gentler difficulty curve and clear, intuitive progression feedback, it lowers the once-intimidating barrier to entry significantly. As a major tentpole in Sony's first party lineup this year, this game truly delivers an exhilarating, deeply satisfying alien odyssey for action-shooter fans.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is far from flawless. Problems with waypoint navigation and a lackluster finale keep it from reaching true greatness. However, it still delivers a solid and engaging adventure. The game does an excellent job of immersing you in the role of legendary archaeologist Indiana Jones, bringing to life the thrill and mystery of his iconic exploits. For fans of action-adventure games - especially those who prefer exploration and adventure over pure action - Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is well worth playing.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening is a masterpiece in remaking the original classic game. It perfectly brings back the old school gameplay of the 90s with modern tech. Even if you had played the original game a long time ago, this one will shock you again.

Although almost all of Dead Space Remake's core features are from 14 years ago, the experience as a whole has not aged and is a true masterpiece. Not only does it manage to give players a near-perfect space survival horror experience, but the concept of the game design is also a classic.

For fans of Japanese RPGs, the changes and trade offs in Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection are largely welcome. Its combat and progression systems offer impressive depth and strategy, making the moment you finally overcome a powerful enemy feel especially rewarding. At the same time, its fairly straightforward story and solid world exploration keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable as you go about stealing eggs and completing quests.

I fully support Konami's decision to entrust Bloober Team with the development of the Silent Hill 2 remake. Using the latest technology, they have faithfully recreated the haunting, fog-shrouded story, allowing both new and long-time players to experience and re-evaluate this masterpiece from over two decades ago through a modern lens.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty has done well within its existing framework, improving on the original Cyberpunk 2077 in a number of ways. The main story is seamlessly integrated into Night City, while the side quests offer more variety and choice than the original. The 2.0 update has improved several systems, addressing some of the issues with the original mechanics, improving the gameplay and giving players a more satisfying experience.

Neva certainly offers a touching emotional experience, though it may fall short of the standard set by Gris. However, if you're an animal lover, you might find even greater emotional value in this game. The white wolf companion is incredibly lifelike, and the process of nurturing it leaves a deep and lasting impression.

Tales of Arise achieved steady progress under the traditional JRPG framework. With a solid plot and refreshing battle, a very good JRPG experience has been created for players. Although the overall quality is very high, the game still has some problems in character creation and story logic, which prevents it from reaching the peak of the JRPG category.

Spelunky 2 is a superb hard-core platformer and you might be tortured by the traps and monsters in the random-generated maps thousands of times. However, once you master all the tricks, the challenges and the variety of the gameplay will make you engaged.

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered has a satisfying upgrade for the PC platform, and the evolved graphics of the game become more realistic. The adaptation for the DualSense controller has reached a stunning level, with sensitively haptic feedback and adaptive triggers that make the gameplay experience even better. Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is still one of the best superhero games and also a must-play for Spider-Man fans.

As a restart of the series, Halo: Infinite delivered a stellar performance with a newly designed single player campaign and a steady multiplayer mode. It retains the core fun of the series, and also takes a solid and steady step forward on the road of gameplay exploration. In the 20th year of the Halo series, Halo: Infinite breathes new life into the series with solid content, careful innovation and time-tested design.

The Xbox version of Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition retains all of the game's content while making huge changes to the operating system and user interface. These changes have greatly reduced the startup threshold and improved the game experience. It is not only a very successful version, but also an excellent answer to the "can console play RTS" question.

Unicorn Overlord is probably one of the best SRPGs of recent times. It blends real-time strategy with tactical RPG gameplay, adding many unique features from other SRPGs to make for very engaging combat. Even if its open world can be a little repetitive, it's still a great innovation.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is still fun and arguably the best co-op action role-playing game out there. But like the Monster Hunter: World, it is still not enough in terms of "sincere" game content. Predictably, it is enough to sustain the "hunters" for dozens or even hundreds of hours of grinding. Compared to its predecessor, however, the players are still obviously having less fun in the process. We will still go on grinding monsters and keep updating the gears, but this does not seem to be the fun of the Monster Hunter series. Today, the motivation to keep playing looks more like the IP of "Monster Hunter". And that is far from enough.

It is an HD upgrade, but its graphic improvements are enough to amply enhance the monster hunting experience of Monster Hunter: Rise, and this makes it one of the best action games on PC. If you have not played this game on Nintendo Switch, I strongly recommend you buy this game and experience the new action system and Wirebugs in Monster Hunter: Rise. But if you are a seasoned hunter who has defeated the Thunder Serpent Narwa, you may choose to wait and make a decision when the DLC is released a few months later.

Mario Kart World is a solid and well-crafted addition to the long-running series. Platinum made Bayonetta 3 an almost impeccable game. Its combat system is exciting, fun, easy to learn and full of depth, and its level design always brings a lot of unexpected surprises. Although the plot is not very substantial, but with the excellent animation performance, the whole story was told quite wonderfully. Bayonetta 3 is a masterpiece not to be missed for most players.

ARC Raiders currently feels like chaos held together by a thin layer of order. Once new players get discouraged and leave, and veterans exhaust the existing content, the overall environment will likely shift and I don't have high hopes for that change. The experience is unique, but heavily dependent on the behavior and attitude of the players you happen to match with.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is like a great feast to anime fans. Many classic scenes perfectly reappeared in this 2D animation rendering game, and interesting reactions of the characters could satisfy fans as well. But it is not a game just for fans. Arc System Works used the experience learned from producing the Guilty Gear and Blazblue series to build Dragon Ball FighterZ a solid fighting game, with a cool 3V3 TAG fighting mode. It is much friendlier to newcomers, because of the one-button combo system, and the simplified movements input.

Silent Hill f stands out with its blend of the series' signature mix of reality and illusion, its inward-looking narrative, and its grotesque, visceral imagery. Even its combat system, rough at first glance, proves surprisingly engaging in practice.
