NINJA GAIDEN 2 Black is the perfect appetizer before the release of NINJA GAIDEN 4 and a fantastic New Year's gift from Koei Tecmo to action game fans.- Gamersky

Including the prequel game To the Moon, works from Freebird Games are always highly personalized and artistic. Gameplay is not one of the goals that they want to achieve. They're just eager to tell audience an affecting story. And of course, Finding Paradise is a huge success.- Gamersky

Call of Duty: Vanguard maintains the usual high level of production of the Call of Duty series, with an excellent cinematic narrative that allows players to have an audio-visual experience of being in the battlefield. The online content is also excellent, the new zombie mode has many good parts, but the thin content makes it difficult to retain players for a long time. Overall, it is still a popular FPS worth trying.- Gamersky

Football Manager 2022 doesn't have any major breakthroughs, but some small fixes that fall into place give players a more comfortable experience. The game engine upgrade makes the match process unique, and the database and rules that are in line with reality is also the reason for players to buy this game.- Gamersky

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is undeniably ambitious, but its execution feels more like a modest upgrade than a revolutionary sequel. In many ways, it feels like a tweaked, cloud-streamed version of Flight Simulator 2020, with only minor changes to the core gameplay. That said, the addition of casual-friendly features such as entertainment-focused modes and a structured career system provide a welcome sense of direction for lighter players. At the very least, these updates save newcomers from the common dilemma of aimlessly taking off from their local airport with no clear idea of what to do next.- Gamersky

High On Life 2 plays like an extended, interactive Rick and Morty feature, packed with relentless gags and offbeat dark humor. It carries forward the first game's anything-for-shock-value attitude, while new additions like the skateboard system and more varied weapon designs give its FPS foundation greater solidity.- Gamersky

Kirby Air Riders isn't a traditional racer in the vein of Mario Kart, but something closer to Super Smash Bros. wearing a racing helmet. Its core Air Ride handling is solid and surprisingly deep, while the chaotic City Trial mode and the single-player Road Trip campaign each cater well to either party-focused play or solo enjoyment.- Gamersky

For me, the key word of Infinite Nikki is "surprise". I didn't expect that dressing up and the open world would have much chemistry together, but the result is that even if it doesn't seem possible, if both sides are done well enough, then it can be done! Whether it is the unforgettable story performance in the game or enjoying the jump level while exploring the world, these contents are interesting enough to make me willing to dress up my "daughter" first, and then finish everything elegantly.- Gamersky

Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu/Let's Go, Eevee is fun to play. Its new design comes from Pokemon Go, which is quite suitable to traditional Pokemon series. The partner pokemon system is adorable, and can attract many casual gamers. However, compared to the prequels, LGPE lacks many basic functions such as new pokemons and new moves. We'll have to wait for the complete version of Pokemon on NS until next year.- Gamersky

The Plucky Squire might be the most imaginative indie game you'll play this year. What if a character could step out of their storybook and change their world? The game answers this question through a delightful journey. Although the story and combat feel somewhat simplistic and don't fully live up to the creative premise, the overall experience remains enjoyable.- Gamersky

The Curse of the Pharaohs offers a fantastic journey, while you finally have a chance to visit one of the most famous ancient Egypt city Thebes, and four pharaohs' tombs with their beautiful after-life worlds. We still can find some defects which came from the original game, but as a DLC, this 10+ hours' journey is satisfying enough.- Gamersky

In terms of story length, character progression, and the sheer amount of content layered across its systems, Octopath Traveler 0 is undeniably substantial. That said, from a design standpoint it never quite achieves the cohesive feel of Octopath Traveler I and II. Some of its more awkward mechanics feel like the byproduct of trimming down mobile-style excess rather than purpose-built systems, with these issues only becoming fully apparent in the later stages of the game.- Gamersky

Assassin's Creed Mirage simplifies the complex systems of the mythological trilogy and returns to the solemn, dignified atmosphere of AC1. If you miss the Assassin's Creed before the mythological trilogy, Mirage is a must-play. It will rekindle the sense of wonder and emotion that the series used to provide.- Gamersky

Without doubts, PES makes a little step further every year, and eFootball PES 2020 is surely on the right track. The Master League feels more interesting since we can now play as a famous coach. BattleTech offers an epic experience of commanding a space war while you can also immerse into the fantastic story and music. But compared with top SLGs like XCOM 2, it has too many flaws, such as stupid tutorials, stiff actions, and slow loading speed, which can not be easily ignored.- Gamersky

Shadow of Tomb Raider absolutely is the best one in the trilogy since 2013, and its combat, puzzles, narrative, level design are all at a peak. But to be honest, those improvements are not as important as its two predecessors', and it might bore some of the veteran fans who expect more.- Gamersky

Ghostrunner 2 is a near flawless sequel that retains all the outstanding aspects of its predecessor, while making significant improvements to the level design and gameplay. Even more satisfying are the two non-linear, sandbox-style levels that expand the world both inside and outside of Dharma City.- Gamersky

Crisis Core: Reunion is much better than expected. it provided authentic content for players with great graphics and combat system. It's still a must-play masterpiece for "FF7" fans. It can be said that "Reunion" provides an almost perfect version for old players who want to replay "Crisis Core". For new players starting from "FF7 Remake" and wanting to know more about the story, now is the best time to experience it.- Gamersky
