    The Curse of the Pharaohs rounds off a great Origins season pass with a big chunk of content. If you’re a fan of Origins then this package is a must buy.

    The Curse of the Pharaohs is among the most ambitious of Assassin's Creed add-ons while also among the least jarring. It's quite possibly the best DLC to date. If this is Bayek's swan song, he went out on a high note.

    An example of a well-delivered DLC, which offers an interesting and different approach to the main game. You will enjoy Egypt once again, despite doing the same routines.

    The Curse of the Pharaohs offers a fantastic journey, while you finally have a chance to visit one of the most famous ancient Egypt city Thebes, and four pharaohs' tombs with their beautiful after-life worlds. We still can find some defects which came from the original game, but as a DLC, this 10+ hours' journey is satisfying enough.

Визуально сразу обращаем внимание, что основная карта по сравнению с Синаем увеличилась вдвое, а учитывая некоторую особенность игры, которую сразу и не приметить, мы получаем в три раза больше территорий для обследования и часов 18 полного игрового времени. Но что это за территории! Это просто какой-то океан красок и смены настроений. Честное слово, не видел ничего подобного! В этот раз дизайнеры уровней отработали свой хлеб на сто процентов, да и, пожалуй, действительно смогли прыгнуть выше головы. И речь ведь не только о самих Фивах, когда настанет очередь постичь ту самую особенность игры - 4 загробных мира, то у вас просто отвалится челюсть. Хоровое синхронное «Вау!» у нас с женой повторялось практически с каждым попаданием в новый загробный мир. Это действительно что-то невообразимое, невероятный полёт фантазии, и тут уже и сюжет и некая вторичность геймплея всё это уже кажется не так важно. Просто хочется побродить и покрутить головой во все стороны ибо тут однозначно есть на что посмотреть. Коротко о не самом главном в этой части: 1) история Проклятия Фараонов вышла какой-то мутноватой, хотя впрочем, как мне кажется, это уже давняя проблема Assassin’s Creed в целом. Пожалуй, со времён Эцио не появлялось по настоящему интригующего и мощного сюжета; 2) по геймплею ничего нового мы не увидим, разве что подкинули ещё красивого и внушительного оружия, которое в общем-то всё равно базово делится на несколько видов ещё со времён главной Origins; 3) в виду того что мы попадаем в загробный мир, то у нас появляются и новые враги это шакалоголовые слуги Анубиса разных достоинств в том числе и доселе невиданные лекари, способные поднять павших воинов, а также огромные скорпионы. Когда юбики найдут толкового автора для своих действительно грандиозных работ AC будет безоговорочным лидером жанра, а пока это ну почти шедевр за счёт невероятно насыщенного и удивительного игрового мира и увлекательных дополнительных квестов.… Expand

    Assassin’s Creed Origins: The Curse of the Pharoahs is another great dlc for an amazing game. My only complaint was that it was a little long.

The world is large, but not too large, and it's ultimately a fun add-on with a good storyline. If you're wondering how it fits into the AC and Isu lore, it surprisingly does but I won't say how.

    Main Pro: Without spoiling anything, there are many very interesting parts of the main campaign DLC.

    Main Con: The boss fights are all very tedious and annoying. Basically just shoot the boss until your overpower attack is charged, rinse and repeat.

    Cinematic (visuals, acting, storyline): 8.6/10
    Gameplay (stealth, combat): 8/10
    Value (how much it's worth the money): 9/10

Not sure if I would pay 20 bucks, but in a sale, this could be worth your time/money if you liked the base game a lot.
    The positives still don't really outweigh the negatives enough (for me) to justify a higher score. The base game is probably still the strongest bang-for-your-buck in the whole package    … Expand
