If you want a good single player fighter with a bit of competition in online play for the My Hero manga series, you'll probably enjoy My Hero One's Justice quite a bit. The game is filled with unlockables in just about every mode so you'll have to really grind in order to get them all. There are a total of 20 characters in the roster, which includes one hidden character that is unlocked by beating story mode. Even if you're not a fan of My Hero and enjoy Power Stone gameplay like I did, you'll probably find something to enjoy in One's Justice.

Aside from a few slipups, it provides a fun, funny take on handheld squad games, and it does it with its tongue firmly in its cheek, in the best way possible.

Pick up the game if you loved the original or have a thing for retro shooters, otherwise you'll probably want to stick to modern shooters to get the most play time bang for your buck.

For a game with so much detail, it is surprising that there is not more in the way of detailed summary screens available.

Overdose is an accurate title where you will OD on the repetitive action and the all too common bad camera control. But on the bright side, it's only about $15.

It can feel slowly paced and has its annoyances – some of which are inherent to the genre – but if you’re looking for a casual game that plays as much as a story as it does a game, you’ll probably want to give this one a look.

You can certainly have fun with Madden NFL 2022, but overall the changes over 2021 feel incremental at best and show more potential than they actually deliver. My wish list for 2023 would be an NFL game that gets me as pumped-up to play it as I feel on game day, one that has an AI that actually reacts and adapts to my play-calling, and one that has animations as fluid as the real thing.

It may seem as though you are playing Bob's dream but from my perspective it felt like I was experiencing a real-life nightmare. Each level felt like a grind and every time they just got larger and more intricate. Not too many games also defeat my spirit but Human: Fall Flat did just that. When talking about it with my coworkers they asked if there was co-op. There is however I wasn't fortunate enough to share the delights of this game with someone else. I can see though where it might be easier to share the load of frustration but also team together to complete certain puzzles. I however wouldn't submit any of my friends to such torture.

Overall, I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the game and liked its 16-bit JRPG meets Clue aesthetics. However, the story, and particularly the dialog just don't live up to the game's interesting premise.

It's nice that many games include achievements and support online multiplayer and leaderboards, but if you're not having much fun with the games, what's the point? Atari Flashback Classics would have been a stronger collection if it had fewer games and more effort could have been put into making them play as well as the originals. As it stands, though, this collection is strictly for the hardcore gaming classicist.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the best TMNT game on the App Store (Rooftop Run was a waste of everyone's time), and definitely better than the recent TMNT: Out of the Shadows and animated series tie-in titles.

Lucas Arts impressed me in some areas (graphics and concept), while disappointing me in others (sound and of course you can’t forget, nauseating camera angles—I’ve ridden roller coasters more stable than the camera was!) with this title.

The game's good points are just way too good to let the numerous and glaring errors drag things down to the failing grades. Nier is both a gem and a turd, and those who feel the nagging urge to try it out are urged to do so.
