Besides the meaningful addition of shield combat, The Dark Ages does little to reinvent the series' gameplay formula. Nor does it have to. Sure, riding dragons are kinda neat, but at its core Doom continues to deliver some of the crunchiest, gnarliest shooting in the business.- Gamer.no

Call of Duty: Black Ops II doesn't offer a huge amount of surprises and fits rather neatly in with the rest of the series' later releases. The small changes to the formula ensure that the game is among the more interesting Call of Duty releases in a while. It's a warm and beautiful story about friendship, helping each other, and standing together when things might get a little difficult. The game may not offer deep thoughts for adults, but it is communicated in a very nice and child-friendly way that never forgets that Moomin is not just for the little ones....Furthermore, Moomin: Winter's Warmth is a more advanced game with more things to do, larger areas to explore, and far more exciting areas to explore. It's sad to see that Kirby this time around has lost so much of his former playfulness. The varied arsenal of creative attacks has shrunk down to a pathetic gang fight where the player plays the passive role of a bystander. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is far from perfect, as the combat feels clunky, the voice acting is all over the place and the late game level requirements feels really restricting, but despite all that it's hard not to adore the overall experience. Arrowhead has put together a playful and chaotic shooter experience that doesn't take itself too seriously. It's just a bit too hectic for you to be able to keep track of the matches, but I feel that's part of the point. Sometimes you'll struggle through hordes of bugs until the mission is almost done, only to fail because someone botched a missile attack. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is both great remakes, filled to the brim with a superb selectipn of Pokémon, beautiful graphics, as well as the interesting, new DexNav, which changes the way you go about catching monsters. The characters and stages picked from Sega's vast library are nice, and the driving (on solid ground) feels great as well. It's only a shame that neither the flying or boating are particularly smooth, and that playing solo wears out once you've seen each level once.- Gamer.no

Awakening is a great expansion. It delivers around 20 hours of role-playing goodness, which flows better and is more varied than what we got in the original game. We also get new and interesting characters and a bunch of new abilities and items to play with.- Gamer.no

Truly iconic levels and fun goals contribute to make the first ten or so hours something quite special. It's only too bad that the nostalgia wears thin all too quickly, especially with Pro Skater 4 being a shadow of its former self.- Gamer.no
