This game is better on a handheld system, but it's visual style does look excellent on a bigger screen. The game mixes music and RPG elements perfectly.

This game should have released years ago: it is an amazing indie game about psychological disorders with a lot of original gameplay.

Tacoma offers an interesting insight into six crew members that spend a year on a space station together. Gone Home was more engaging, but the special way of telling this story about six deep characters is definitely worth your time.

This might sound like a dating game, it is mostly a story about fatherhood. Beautiful art and entertaining stories, but not enough depth to really shine.

In this sci-fi adventure you feel like you are really working in some advanced space station. You float around, enjoying the amazing acting and the unique way of moving around in an impressive environment.

Miitopia looks like a rip-off of the Streetpass games, but it offers so much more than that. It is so much fun picking out Mii's to take with you on this crazy adventure, you'd almost forget that the actual fights are not really worth your time.

This might not be a traditional game, it does include a pretty great collection of creative ways to challenge your brain.

Yonder offers a beautiful and cutesy world to explore, but there is so little to do, the exploring is over way too soon.

The Pikmin are as cute as ever, but this RTS does not really fit in 2D like this. Hey! Pikmin simply does not challenge the brain, which makes this spin-off just an easy to play platformer instead of something bigger.

Aporia tells a story through environments. It's a game like Myst, that feeds on the urge of wanting to explore, find and search. A good idea, but it does not seem totally finished, which spoils the experience a bit.

This might be the best RPG 2017 has to offer. The Gambit system and the MMO-like fights are very modern and the rest of Final Fantasy 12 is still a joy to play.

Splatoon 2 does not differ much from the first game, but its strong gameplay is very entertaining in multiplayer. Matchmaking and the party system are a bit of a let-down, but other than that, this is a must-have for Switch.

Micro Machines is a mediocre try to lure that nostalgic gamer back to the franchise. The difficult controls and the lack of content however make this game only fun for just a short while.

Ever Oasis is a fun action RPG that successfully combines mechanics from Animal Crossing and Zelda. It's loads of fun to go through all the dungeons and it is a great way to spend your summer vacation.

The Elder Scrolls Online still has a split personality, in which the single-player side seems to be winning. Morrowind is an amazing place to discover and the quests are written very well. This truly is a solid RPG experience.

Master X Master is a quick, action packed moba that does not truly fulfill its ambitions. The game does offer depth with the tag system along with the many gameplay modes. But the environment, the repetitive PvE and the lack of focus are a disappointment.

If you haven't played the original games, definitely go for this remaster. The visual update is great and it really makes the environment come to life. The gameplay feels a bit too old-school at some point, but it is awesome to have Crash back.

Valkyria Revolution is a game that is just wrong in so many ways, we wonder how it could end up this way. The cutscenes are way too long, the story is bland and it is just so frustrating all together.

It is awesome to play a VR dungeon-crawler with a big budget. The dungeons are visually amazing, filled with puzzles and secrets and they are a joy to play, combined with the exciting combat and bosses. [Tested with Oculus Rift]

Oceanhorn is obviously inspired by Zelda, but this studio does not have the skills of Nintendo. Therefor we miss innovative puzzles or mindblowing level design. Oceanhorn is a very relaxed game to enjoy, but it could have been so much more.

WipEout Omega Collection is filled with amazing content, but we do basically know all of it already. Especially as some WipEout-games even repeat certain tracks. Other than that it is an awesome collection.

Tekken 7 is very much alike Tekken 3 when it comes to balance and level, combined with the quality of a Soul Calibur 2. It is a competitive game with good gameplay mechanics, but simply too few interesting modes.

This VR game truly lets you experience what it feels like to be a part of the crew on a starship. It is amazing how every role on the ship is interesting enough for everybody. It is just too bad the campaign is rather short.
