Not every part of Shakedown Hawaii gets the same amount of love, but as satire and classic GTA game, it is very convincing. The extreme high tempo and the big number of jokes make this game great from start to end.

Warhammer Chaosbane offers graphics that work, a story that works and a big chunk of hack 'n slash that works. But, this is Diablo 3 called a different name with even less personality. It's not bad, we've just seen it all before.

We like that this game is focused on racing in a team, though overall this game is not as addictive as its predecessor. The game design is top notch, but the design of the tracks unfortunately is not.

Forager offers a pleasant mix of multiple genres, but lacks the finesse of the games it is based upon. Sometimes this game will just require you to press your left mouse button and that is simply too boring.

Draugen is a lovely walking sim about a mystery in a small Norwegian village. It has a cool atmosphere, though the story is too much about the twists that are just a bit too predictable.

Anyone wanting to star in his or her own action movie, can thoroughly enjoy themselves with the extreme action of Blood and Truth.

Though there are cliches in A Plague Tale: Innocence, the believable characters, amazing soundtrack and atmospheric setting make this a very convincing adventure. Especially if you are into singleplayer gaming, you should not miss out on this beauty.

After a pretty slow second episode Life is Strange 2 is back with a great middle piece. Circumstances force the two brothers to grow up in two different ways. Thanks to the interesting new characters, setting and tension this is the best episode to date.

Rage 2 offers a pretty standard open world, but adds formidable shooting action, an awesome upgrade system and entertaining extra skills to it. It's fun to be a super-soldier, though not as exorbitant as we hoped it would be.

Snooker 19 does the absolute minimum of what you may expect from a snooker game. Playing snooker is fun, but as a package, this game is a let-down.

In Katana Zero you will find shallow and flashy gameplay presented nicely. The story and the limited interaction is the main reason for playing this blood-spattered sidescroller. It's too bad it all ends a bit too sudden.

BoxBoy! + BoxGirl! does not reinvent the box, but it is a nice new addition to one of the most undervalued franchises of Nintendo. Especially the new co-op mode with BoxGirl is a blast.

As flamboyant, futuristic yet retro arcade racer, Xenon Racer offers great drifting fun just like the old PlayStation game. The game does look a little bit too rough to really pay the full price though.

Thanks to its strong card combat Steamworld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech is very convincing. The other important parts of a good RPG feel a bit left out. Almost all levels feel the same.

Days Gone is a blend of multiple open-world and zombie games. Even though the gameplay stays pretty much the same throughout the entire game, the acting, riding your motorcycle and the survival bits make this game worth while.

Mortal Kombat 11 is the best modern Mortal Kombat to date, in both gameplay as the (completely insane) story.

After the shallow Anno 2205 the seventh installment of the series offers a lot of depth. There is such a nice atmosphere, lots of detail and the ingenious mix of building cities and sea-trade is taking a lot of nightly hours.

Far: Lone Sails goes a very long way with just a little. This three-hour trip offers simple but interesting gameplay mechanics that will whisk you away.

Outward is an ambitious open-world game with its heart in the right place, but it is not better than its competitors. The biggest problem though is that the world is simply not interesting enough to really explore.

The technology works better than expected and shows that besides powerful hardware also other aspects are important for a pleasant VR experience, which Nintendo understands well.
