SolSeraph combines city-building with platforming in the same way as ActRaiser did years ago. Unfortunately this game is a bit rough around the edges, which makes it a bit old-fashioned.- Gamer.nl

Frogwares shows that it really knows the Lovecraft universe and it dares to make it their own thing. As a game, The Sinking City, unfortunately, is not that strong.- Gamer.nl

Samurai Shodown is a stylish, technical and quirky fighter that easily fits between modern fighters like Tekken and Street Fighter.- Gamer.nl

This game is almost in every way bigger and better than its predecessor. There is a gigantic variety in parts, objects, themes and styles. Plus the newly added single-player mode that is a great inspiration.- Gamer.nl

F1 2019 does not offer groundbreaking innovations. It remains a solid approach to motorsport. Especially the addition of Formula 2, a modern multiplayer, and small surprises within the career mode make this the best edition in years.- Gamer.nl

Judgment uses the absurdity and world-building of Sega's Yakuza series to tell a wry and ambiguous story about a private investigator. The storytelling is not very subtle, the combat system is hardly innovative and the game world is rarely unique. Still, when it comes to quality, this detective game can easily compete with the best Yakuza parts.- Gamer.nl

Not every part of Shakedown Hawaii gets the same amount of love, but as satire and classic GTA game, it is very convincing. The extreme high tempo and the big number of jokes make this game great from start to end.- Gamer.nl

Warhammer Chaosbane offers graphics that work, a story that works and a big chunk of hack 'n slash that works. But, this is Diablo 3 called a different name with even less personality. It's not bad, we've just seen it all before.- Gamer.nl

Cadence of Hyrule offers the rhythmic gameplay of Crypt of the NecroDancer, wrapped into the Zelda franchise. That is truly something special, though the game gets a bit too easy after a very challenging start.- Gamer.nl

Trover Saves the Universe is a bizarre trip through the brain of Justin Roiland, one of the people behind Rick and Morty. Truly bizarre.- Gamer.nl

We like that this game is focused on racing in a team, though overall this game is not as addictive as its predecessor. The game design is top notch, but the design of the tracks unfortunately is not.- Gamer.nl

Forager offers a pleasant mix of multiple genres, but lacks the finesse of the games it is based upon. Sometimes this game will just require you to press your left mouse button and that is simply too boring.- Gamer.nl

Draugen is a lovely walking sim about a mystery in a small Norwegian village. It has a cool atmosphere, though the story is too much about the twists that are just a bit too predictable.- Gamer.nl

Though there are cliches in A Plague Tale: Innocence, the believable characters, amazing soundtrack and atmospheric setting make this a very convincing adventure. Especially if you are into singleplayer gaming, you should not miss out on this beauty.- Gamer.nl

After a pretty slow second episode Life is Strange 2 is back with a great middle piece. Circumstances force the two brothers to grow up in two different ways. Thanks to the interesting new characters, setting and tension this is the best episode to date.- Gamer.nl

Rage 2 offers a pretty standard open world, but adds formidable shooting action, an awesome upgrade system and entertaining extra skills to it. It's fun to be a super-soldier, though not as exorbitant as we hoped it would be.- Gamer.nl

Snooker 19 does the absolute minimum of what you may expect from a snooker game. Playing snooker is fun, but as a package, this game is a let-down.- Gamer.nl

In Katana Zero you will find shallow and flashy gameplay presented nicely. The story and the limited interaction is the main reason for playing this blood-spattered sidescroller. It's too bad it all ends a bit too sudden.- Gamer.nl

BoxBoy! + BoxGirl! does not reinvent the box, but it is a nice new addition to one of the most undervalued franchises of Nintendo. Especially the new co-op mode with BoxGirl is a blast.- Gamer.nl

As flamboyant, futuristic yet retro arcade racer, Xenon Racer offers great drifting fun just like the old PlayStation game. The game does look a little bit too rough to really pay the full price though.- Gamer.nl

After the shallow Anno 2205 the seventh installment of the series offers a lot of depth. There is such a nice atmosphere, lots of detail and the ingenious mix of building cities and sea-trade is taking a lot of nightly hours.- Gamer.nl

Tropico 6 is a fun game that can be a bit unclear at some moments, but at the same time, it is just so much fun. There aren't too many surprises, but the introduction of a group of islands is fresh and new. It's definitely an ode to the series, but not a revolution.- Gamer.nl
