It feels complete, and the fact that we weren’t really missing anything last time around says it all. Farmer Capcom has gotten better at milking the Street Fighter cow, adding nutrients and flavor to an already delicious dairy product. Yes Capcom, we forgive you…this time.

Pac-Man has received a facelift. The well-known bleeps that we know and love are now accompanied by a technobeat, the pace of the game is much faster and neonlights give the game a modern look. More importantly, the old concept of the game has been altered so that there's an original twist in every level.

LittleBigPlanet 2 is one of the most charming and complete titles of this generation. It's fun throughout and varied, the mode in which you can make your own levels has expanded greatly compared to the original, and the community has even more ways to act as the real stars of this game.

This trilogy belongs in the collection of every Nintendo-fan, so if you haven’t started on it yet, this collection for the Wii is a good place to start. The new controller-options don’t add enough to make people who are already in possession of the original games buy this Trilogy again though.

We would not call Bayonetta 2 revolutionary, but it is just as satisfying as the first one. The presentation is still a 'love it or hate it'-thing, but the refined gameplay is something not to miss, especially when you are a fan of the genre.

With its appealing looks and tight design, Ridiculous Fishing feels like something unique, but it’s more than that. The game’s concept allows for a great pace of play, while retaining a perfect balance and sharp gameplay. It reaches beyond the ridiculous looking content and blossoms into one of the best mobile games of recent memory.

FIFA 10 is a great football game. On almost every level it outclasses its predecessor, and that was already a fantastic game. The 360-degrees-system, the emphasis on physical elements and the improved passing-abilities ensure that this game appears even more realistic on your screen. With the adding of some interesting game-modes and the improvements over the last game, FIFA 10 is the best football game up to this date.

Assassin's Creed 2 is an excellent game. It's impressive to climb a massive cathedral from which you can overlook the entire city. The game surpasses the original game in almost every aspect, but the flawed AI and weak ending hold it back from becoming what we hoped for. It's still a beautiful adventure from the very beginning until the end.

Dragon Quest 11 is a fantastic jrpg on Nintendo Switch. The graphic concession does not outweigh the addition of an orchestral soundtrack and the Japanese voice-over. You can also play the entire game in 2D, with slightly faster and more direct gameplay. It really works very well on Switch.

Even more than other Forza Horizon games, with this one you'll experience the awesome feeling of driving beautiful cars in a huge open world. There is more space for off-road racing, which is a nice feature on top of the strong concept of Forza Horizon.

God of War: Chains of Olympus will probably not bring much change to the franchise. This games reaches a high level when it comes to PSP standards. Although the game has a weak storyline and a few bugs, it feels glorious to play.

This is how a remake should be. The original remains intact, but with beautiful graphics, slightly adjusted controls and some nice extras that do not change anything. Fans of the original can therefore take a breath, because the remake is made with all due respect and love for the eleven-year-old game.

Blood and Wine is gigantic; it might be the biggest expansion on a single-player game ever. This is not just huge in square metres, CD Projekt Red put so much effort into this DLC, it almost feels like totally new The Witcher game. Amazing.

In single player you'll be dazzled with details, a strong AI and beautifull graphics. And even though it's all going to be over in a blink of an eye, it gives you enough satisfaction to last a whole lot longer. As a delicious dessert you'll get the multiplayer, which is so addictive that it almost turns into the most important part of the game. Killzone II is something to be proud of as a Dutchman.

All the experience Bungie earned with the Halo-series are used here to pull Reach to a higher plan. This game will never have the same impact as the original Halo, but that doesn't take away the fact that Reach is the best Halo-game. Ever.

The God of War Collection offers a unique possibility to experience two of the best action games ever for a reduced price. The addition of HD-graphics set it on par with temporary games. The ruthless hack-and-slash action and the fantastic level design are even now a step above many other games on the current console generation.

Gears of War 3 isn't filled with surprises, but thanks to a perfect pace and constant new set pieces, the game remains in your disc drive to the end. Thanks to the multiplayer – which is easy on newcomers – the durability of the game is also an impressive feature. Epic has listened to the community, used the feedback and created a fantastic closing chapter in this trilogy.

Batman: Arkham Asylum isn't just for the fans: it delivers a great experience to all lovers of action games. The game effortlessly combines puzzle-, stealth- and fighting-elements. Arkham Asykum sets the new standard for future licensed games.

Dragon Age: Origins should be mentioned alongside games like Baldur’s Gate and Neverwinter Nights. The average gamer may wonder why hardcore RPG-players are drawn to a game filled with fantasy-clichés, long conversations, screens filled with statistics and mediocre voice acting. But the hardcore RPG-player knows that Bioware delivered a game that's epic, expansive, dynamic, classic and contains enough elements to make even the biggest critic shut his mouth. Dragon Age: Origins can rightfully be called a masterpiece.

Resident Evil 2 is everything a remake should be. The game stays true to the original version, while also offering a totally new experience.

You need to have at least tried Dark Souls 2, or you'll get nowhere. It pulls you into its depressing, brutal world and that feels like a homecoming to its masochistic fans. Still, everything is different. Only via trial by fire you'll discover as a player what the perfect balance is that From Software achieved with its forced changes.

Downwell is a game you keep on playing. The flashy gameplay, perfectly balanced rogue-lite elements and constant rewards make this game an instant classic. The game is surprisingly deep and the only thing that gets in the way of it being brilliant, are the limited controls smartphones and tablets offer.
