Being able to finally play God of War on PC is mighty, but select choices make it seem like Kratos is begrudgingly lent. Technically speaking, the port is quite successful, but it won't do anything more than what is strictly necessary. Today's PCs can do so much more - think of a generous photo mode or broader control options - but apart from a few visual adjustments, a lot of potential for an exemplary port is eluded.- Gamer.nl

Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is one such rare remake that looks too much like the original. Rather than freshening up the outdated gameplay, this game just has a new graphical style that only gets in the way of gameplay. The pre-historic puzzle-animals Bub and Bob shoot bubbles in three different dimensions this time, which really says it all. The game has no multiplayer modes, doesn't use the unique 3D-capabilities and can be finished in a few hours. The game simply isn't worth your money.- Gamer.nl

As a starter in the running towards Red Faction: Armageddon, Red Faction: Battlegrounds doesn't exactly work enticingly. And when viewing the game as a separate project, not much remains. What holds the game down the most is the meagre singleplayer campaign, which has little variation and too small maps. The items you'll unlock for Armageddon just don't suffice.- Gamer.nl

Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime doesn't deserve the name 'Ghostbusters'. It's simply a terrible product that drops everything that makes Ghostbusters such an iconic franchise: the humour, characters and the ghosts. Even Ecto-1 has been replaced. What remains is an empty shell that doesn't contain a single drop of fun.- Gamer.nl

The MMO Earthrise is a science fiction-MMO with an emphasis on fights amongst players. The game tries to do things 'differently', but isn't done by a long shot in technical terms.- Gamer.nl
