Burnout Paradise was packed with action and extremely enjoyable arcade racing in its initial release, and this remastered version is equally exciting, if not more, due to the upgraded performance of the current generation of consoles.

Improved in all accounts, Dance Central 2 offers a spectacular dancing performance. While it doesn't reinvent the wheel, fans of the genre should find almost everything they are looking for from a dance game.

Once again, blatant microtransactions stand out as NBA 2K26’s biggest flaw. Still, fans will appreciate the many core improvements, most notably the new ProPlay Engine, which at last delivers smoother and more realistic animations.

Truly organic, high quality boss fights in action games are kind of a lost art that only a few developers still put effort to retain. Furi is fully concentrated in this kind of battles and unquestionably succeeds. Its boss battles are intense, lengthy, challenging and unpredictable while also fair, fun and never exhaustive.

This time the single player campaign has definitely taken a backseat as it doesn't manage to offer the thrills of the previous installments. On the other hand, its excellent multiplayer will undoubtedly maintain the interest of the fans until the next installment.

Resident Evil 7 is quite possibly the most terrifying RE game since the start of the series. The dismissal of the action gameplay ushered in RE4 works wonders and the game, while not perfect, finally returns to its roots, as an honest survival horror game.

Despite some shortcomings, the overall experience of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is definitively a positive one. The content is extensive and the production values are very high. The plot may sometimes feel stretched a bit too thin, probably a "side-effect" of its longevity, but the excellent writing of its characters more than overcome this.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is most probably the magnum opus (so far) of Don't Nod, which is a remarkable achievement, considering the great games they have developed so far. The haunting atmosphere is excellent, the writing is thoughtful and mature, and the gameplay gracefully completes the package.
