South of Midnight is ready to offer atmospheric and dark fairy tales of the South, enhancing the effect due to excellent visuals and excellent musical accompaniment. However, Compulsion Games once again failed to support their ideas with interesting gameplay.- GameMAG

Solar Ash feels like a middle ground between something like Jet Set Radio and Shadow of the Colossus. Sadly, the new game by Heart Machine lacks any meaningful ambitions or novelty, and yet if you love the genre, Solar Ash is worth a try.- GameMAG

An unforgettable JRPG epic that in some aspects has not been surpassed by any other game. Unique characters and situations, a non-linear narrative structure, a deep combat system and an atmosphere of endless adventure will not leave anyone indifferent.- GameMAG

It feels like Star Renegades just can't decide what it wants to be. If the game was more like a traditional turn-based JRPG, it would be fine, but as of now way too many gameplay mechanics feels out of place. Roguelike elements are here too, some of them are pretty questionable, but can still win you over. But despite all of that, Star Renegades is a game with a great visual style and an engaging combat system, which is more than enough to hold your attetion, at least for a couple of runs.- GameMAG

As it turned out Season: A Letter to the Future was nothing more than just another forgettable indie title. Even if gorgeous trailers made you think otherwise.- GameMAG

It's hard to call Bravely Default II a masterpiece, but it's not trying to be one. Yet still it's a solid game, full of classic JRPG charm. And perhaps it's a great reminder of why we love the genre in the first place.- GameMAG

You can dissect this game into a million pieces and completely lose all the magic its has. Or you can look at it as a whole, and find yourself a beautiful tale of war, life, and death.- GameMAG

Call of the Elder Gods is a perfectly worthy sequel to Call of the Sea, in which the authors shifted the focus toward varied and moderately challenging puzzles. The story also turned out to be quite engaging, though for some reason the authors didn't quite polish a number of their ideas, which somewhat mars the overall impression.- GameMAG

RoboCop: Rogue City is a great example of a strong, if a little unremarkable game that uses all its potential and budget to build a great atmosphere and stand proud as the best RoboCop game ever made.- GameMAG

Inmost is a very sad and psychologically moving story about loss, personal experiences and pain, which gives players a hope for purification and redemption, showing a bright and love-filled ending. And hope is what we miss so much in a life filled with stress and nervous tension, especially this year.- GameMAG

Immortals Fenyx Rising feels like a game full of contrasts, but nonetheless it's still manages to be the most noteworthy Ubisoft release in quite some time. The lack of a budget and obviously tight production time, on top of a really big scale this game has, stopped this project from achieving its full potential. And yet, when it's still long ways to go before Breath of the Wild 2, Fenyx Rising will surely find it's playerbase.- GameMAG

Bloodroots is a good game with different finishes and links in the use of items, but it clearly lacks development, and the bright mechanics and blood are too quickly exhausted. And unlike My Friend Pedro or Hotline Miami, there is no feeling of excitement and pleasure from the just-tested combat combination. This is probably the main reason for frustration.- GameMAG

Destiny: Rising has become one of the biggest unexpected surprises of 2025. NetEase has unexpectedly offered a highly competitive alternative to frustrated Destiny 2 fans, albeit presented with a touch of gacha elements. This should be a wake-up call for Sony and Bungie.- GameMAG
