Fat Princess Adventures is a refreshing and hilarious video game sweet, whose main flaw is to be repetitive and short.- Gameblog.fr

Pastagames has made a great job rejuvenating an old classic game. Pang Adventures looks good, plays well and will definitely appeal to arcade lovers, especially with its coop mode.- Gameblog.fr

By choosing to apply a 3D mask taken from any random mobile game on the 1993 original, Secret of Mana delivers a remake that will satisfy no one. None of the bugs has been fixed, even though this translation finally gives us a closer glimpse of the scenario. But with such a price, its lazy artistic direction and wrong remixes will crush your childhood memories for good.- Gameblog.fr

The Flower Collectors has a very interesting concept, that feels exciting. But it feels so rough, with some outdated animations and bland models, not to mention gameplay sequences that fail to transmit the intentions, that it mostly feels like a big disappointment from Mi'pu'mi after the surprising The Lion's Song.- Gameblog.fr

This well-written English translation of Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light proves true to the original script while cutting short through the narration in comparison with the DS remake, just like the gameplay charges straight to the point. A real testament to Fire Emblem's traditional values, though some archaic principles bound this version to an historical interest, even with additional modern options that only alleviate the aging elements.- Gameblog.fr

By taking so much inspiration from Super Mario Galaxy, Sonic Lost World could have lost its way, or its origins at least. On the contrary, it stays true to its roots, the extended control over pace letting Sonic develop a whole new set of acrobatic moves while exploring new heights. But in spite of this vertiginous evolution, this episode still bears gameplay issues inherited from the series' transition to 3D, showing that Sonic has a long way to go in order to reach the level of his old rival Mario.- Gameblog.fr

Stifled offers an original approach to the survival and stealth genre, with sound used as a way to progress and being chased. The efficient VR experience sadly falls flat as it gets redundant and the mechanics quickly run out of steam.- Gameblog.fr

The Order: 1886 is a good game and a great interactive movie. Not revolutionary in terms of gameplay, it offers fantastic art direction, good storytelling and, more generally, a true sense of elegance. It just lacks a bit of substance and some unforgettable scenes to make it a great game.- Gameblog.fr

Windbound is a survival game with rogue lite components. If the game has good ideas and design, the controls lacks of ergonomy, and the game is quite repetitive.- Gameblog.fr

If you're expect Alone in the Dark (2024) to be the next Resident Evil 2 Remake or Dead Space Remake, you'll be dumbfounded. Yes, the series used to a reference for survival horror, but that's no longer the case. This remake has to many flaws to be really enjoyable. The overall film noir atmosphere, with its doom jazz music, is appealing but underused. And on the other hand, the game suffers from narrative issues, a lack of memorable moments and isn't simply good enough. Finally, it's more like a thriller than a satisfaying survival horror experience.- Gameblog.fr

With Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires, we will again beat up Chinese soldiers, 1 Vs. 100, over the hours. In addition to the impressive selection of characters and stories, the new way of creating heroes is quite nice. They have also added a small amount of strategy (alliances, diplomacy...), but it is quite limited, unlike the battle arenas, which are larger than ever. Graphically, it is the equivalent to a game at the end of the Xbox life... yes, the first one. Finally, no major changes to the series: the fans will be pleased, the others, those who moved on to something else a long time ago, will remain unmoved.- Gameblog.fr

Football Drama carried the hopes of a title that approaches the round ball in a different aspect than the simulation. Unfortunately, completely hollow in his game system in match and very limited in the moral choices he offers as a coach, Football Drama annoys and disappoints.- Gameblog.fr

Despite its linearity, Kane & Lynch 2 offers memorable action sequences. There's a true visual identity, very efficient for conveying a brutal, ugly, reality that really captures our attention. Io Interactive was able to correct its original game, in order to deliver a visceral, life-like follow-up.- Gameblog.fr

DBZ Tenkaichi Tag Team won't surprise anyone, but it has mastered its subject nonetheless. With a lighter but comprehensive Story Mode, punchy combat, and its news 4 player combat mode, it's a game perfectly suited for the PSP. However, it's still undergoing the fact that the franchise is running a little out of breath, given that it has spawned so very many games before it.- Gameblog.fr

The Occupation doesn't live up to its promises. After one hour of investigation, the player won't even try to understand what's going on anymore, as the narration feels way too elusive. Not to mention all the technical issues (framerate drops, glitches) and the bland art direction. It's a shame, given the interesting themes mentioned in the game.- Gameblog.fr

If EA had any ambition with Fuse to get a new yearly incremental shooter, it needs to think again: Fuse has everything it needs... to make it an average and unmemorable TPS. There's nothing setting it aside of the mass of generic games from this genre.- Gameblog.fr

Maskmaker is the new virtual reality game from French studio Innerspace after the very successful A Fisherman's Tale. It tells the story of an apprentice creator of magic masks and his master, while the player infiltrates their secret workshop. Maskmaker is above all an artistic work of quality, both visually and in terms of the soundtrack, with full dubbing in French. However, we regret that the puzzles are not more complex, everything is rather too easy and agreed, even when it comes to making the keepers interact with each other to progress.- Gameblog.fr

The Reapers' invasion in Mass Effect 3 would have been a lot quicker without Shepard intervention in The Arrival DLC for ME2. This gap-bridging extension is very short, with a so-so story (a meteor with engines, didn't I see that somewhere already ?) and a focus on action, with quite a challenge at times. No interesting moral choice, nothing really fascinating in dialogues... Shepard does its inevitable job once again, and politicians will target him once more. Is that it? We could have done without it.- Gameblog.fr

In the Gothic games I once knew, to grab the teeth of a Razor, you had to know the required skill. To cook meat, you had to sit next to the fire and get your frying pan out. When you entered a house to steal something, you were promptly tossed outside by the owner. To progress, you had to study the factions. There was life, there was atmosphere. ArcaniA : Gothic 4 is but an empty shell masking no RPG, but just a poor action game with an undead story. What a waste.- Gameblog.fr

On Kinect, Michael Jackson : The Experience enjoys a wealth of new features that make it even more fun and pleasant for the fans. This time, you appear directly on the stage, right besides the other dancers. You can dance, sing, enjoy better quality visuals, some additional tracks... too bad that the voice recognition is so lenient in the karaoke stages, but even more disappointing is the fact you can't play with friends like on the Wii version! If you're a King of Pop fan, don't hesitate too much, though : the track list is still brilliant, and the fun remains.- Gameblog.fr
