Deadly Premonition 2 : A Blessing In Disguise is a sequel for to the fans of the first game and them only. They endure the toughness of this episode to discover the true story behind it.

Thief is a too-derived infiltration game that cannot surpass Dishonored or the original Thief. A very disappointing comeback for Garrett.

Super Bomber R Online could have been a wonderful entry in the series. Its 64 players mode is truly a blast... when it all comes together, which never really happens as it suffers very lengthy loading times, frequent bugs and is made to have you buy its Premium Pack in order to not use very powerful special characters.

Shelter is a unique experience, even moving sometimes, but unfortunately the game is too short and the end is quite disappointing.

Unfortunately, The Precinct won't be unexpected gem that some players were waiting - it's even far from it. While some will undoubtedly appreciate the homage to the old GTAs, but from the other side of the fence, and the mechanics linked to that, the game's limitations in terms of narrative, repetitiveness and gameplay approximations betray its ambitions. In the end, despite an interesting basic proposition, the game is quickly overtaken by all these major flaws, which prevent it from delivering the “fun” experience promised by the studio.

Visually adorable, Slaps and Beans can be effective on fans of Spencer and Hill. But the magic doesn't last long, as it is a redundant and not so well crafted beat them all. It would have been acceptable in the 90s'.

When it comes to its social criticism, his characters and the low-poly atmosphere, Sludge Life 2 is pretty good. But it doesn't go far enough in its concept, which quickly shows its limitations. It becomes rather boring, despite its short length.

A classic Dynasty Warriors game with a lot of content and a lot of repetitive fights... This series really needs to evolve.

Despite some improvements, NBA Live 15 loses again its fight against the NBA 2K rival. Only the most indulgent gamers could be satisfied with the spectacular basketball proposed by Electronic Arts.

Jazzpunk is a videogame curiosity, that will make you laugh most of the time if you overcome the "what the #!@? am I playing" effect.

Risen 2's difficulty was too high, and it's now too easy in Risen 3. Balance is at fault, despite a collection of interesting gameplay (nothing new, though). Without any kind of challenge, the player sips quietly on the content of this ambient RPG. Exploration is the primary activity. With nice sceneries and interesting people to meet. Maybe a better storyline would have helped going through the boredom of combat.

Aesthetically captivating, The Residence fails to deliver a convincing gameplay experience. In the end, the three chapters of Secret of the Maw are not up to the original game.

We are not facing a bad game, but the frustration is great when thinking about the potential of the title. Some bugs ruins the experience and the feelings are uneven. Monster Energy Supercross is not advisable for someone who wants to discover the discipline or get into motorcycle games. On the other hand, those who are fans have nothing else in alternative anyway, and could be satisfied.

A dating sim with pigeons? Eh, that's funny! A couple of minutes. Then it becomes embarrassing. There is an interesting post-apocalyptic background hidden behind all the WTF, but as rich as it is, anyone who's really into this kind of game will probably like interacting with human characters better. Especially for this price.

Coffee Crisis is a nice homage to the traditional beat'em all games of the 90's, with a hilarious storyline. However the mechanics are too classical and redundant, causing the game to lose his interest quite quickly.

Contrast offers a nice story and a unique atmosphere, but nothing that is really advanced, artistically speaking. The basic idea of gameplay is quite good also, but the bugs ans awkward controls will frustrate the players most of the time.

Fuel Overdose is a clear take on a classic, old-school, top-down racer with weapons games that were much more common in the 90's. Its nostalgic approach is enriched with very neat ideas like the grappling hook or remote mines, but it's also visible in terms of production values. Despite its visual shortcomings, little bugs and imperfections, it's typically the kind of little indy game that could become a dear and memorable experience, if only it didn't lack a local multiplayer, or players in its online multiplayer.

The Good Life is the latest game from “Swery”. You'll find an open world similar to Deadly Premonition, with its many quests and its tedious movements, and level of playability. It does not do much better than it. No, what will save the game and get you interested is its world. Cute at first glance, but darker than it looks since murders will be the center of the story ... Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere is more relaxed and fun there than in Deadly Premonition. Finally, note that on the Xbox One S version that we tested via the game pass, the technical aspect was simply completely swept up. To enjoy The Good Life, you will need to be a big fan of Swery, and be able to inflict all the faults of the game on yourself to glimpse any semblance of truth.

Beyond Eyes is an experience like no other. Beautiful and touching... but damn slow. There is virtually nothing to accomplish. Just walking and listening very repetitive sounds, chapter after chapter. Only the gamers that want to live something very unique will embrace this journey. Others will be quickly bored.

The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa is quite weak in its pure playful proposal but has a real personality that could well embark you, if you are sensitive to this typical Japanese atmosphere carried by hip hop melodies and retro graphics successful in this small city, free to live the existence often in slow motion of a rascal high school and his friends. In this, again, the fact of being able to play in a nomadic way with the Switch is a plus.

There's no easy way to put it: Jump Force is a massive disappointment. The game should be an epic celebration of 50 years of legendary characters and stories. What we're left with is a dated game that looks like a cheap cash grab. Goku, Naruto, Luffy and friends deserve so much better.
